Versatile camera with great functions
We are using this camera to monitor wild animals that venture onto our property and try to make dens under our greenhouse.What is unconventional is the mounting. It is mounted inside an ordinary plastic trashcan and aimed at the area being monitored. This serves two purposes…It makes the camera weatherproof.It limits the range of motion detection to the area that is focused on.If you notice the image below, the camera motion detection range was limited to the area around the den that a skunk made under the greenhouse. We had no idea what lived in that den until the camera caught it…Thanks to the camera, we acquired a special trap for skunks that keeps them from spraying. Otherwise we would not have known that it was a skunk instead of a racoon, and would have used a typical cage trap that we use for racoons… and the result would have been a disaster. We did safely catch the skunk in the skunk trap and it was taken away to a wildlife compound.The camera also helps us to keep track when the nocturnal animals get trapped. We know from the camera when a trap gets sprung.And it has easily survived the worst of wind and rainstorms inside the trash can and firmly mounted to the exterior of the greenhouse.We have moved it around and mounted it anywhere we think a den or tunnel is being created. We have caught 4 racoons and one skunk already and shipped them out. We have also caught 2 rabbits and 2 cats and one opossum, but released them without harm.We have been very happy with the camera and the very useful functions. And since it is cordless, and weatherproofed inside the trash can, we can put it anywhere on our property as long as it is in range of the WiFi signal.

I hardly write reviews but with this camera I have toFirst to say I have a doorbell camera in witchI pay for monthly but the image at night is not clearSo I decided to try this camera and it works better than the doorbell cameraIt is very clear the picture quality is very good sound is super easy to install and can be move at an 360 degree angle the app is goodThe only thing is the recording maybe I don’t know how to do it but my doorbell camera do the recording although at night it is not so clear on the doorbell camera . This camera is very clear at night .

Good quality filming and app
I purchased both this camera and the standard one, and I’m very happy with both. The recording quality and wide range is amazing!I especially considered when purchasing that the free version allows you to save captured images and videos to an SD card and retrieve them later using the mobile app, and this works perfectly.The only cons I’ve found is the lack of loud noises capture and reporting, as it only captures and reports motion. My previous camera from another brand did have this, and it was a very useful feature.However, I think Zumimall cameras are vastly superior to other brands in all other aspects (even more expensive or popular ones), and I highly recommend them!

Worth the Value
I was not looking for an expensive or brand camera so when I found this one, I was not sure what to expect. After charging the camera completely, which was not long at all. I played around with all the options once I was able to set it up to my wifi and was surprised about the quality of the video. It was clear even at night and took a snapshot everytime someone was in the perimeter of the camera view, which I really like for security purposes. The 360 view is so helpful for me because I have a long carport and I’m able to see from side to side. Overall I think this is a pretty good camera for what it’s worth.

First, let me start my saying this is my 3rd Zumimall camera, all of them are solar and the first one has over 2 years without failure at all, even in the harsh Canadian winter I never had any issues.I decided to buy this rotating camera for my porch. Everything you need comes in the box with the exception of the SD card, so think ahead and buy one, they are so cheap nowadays, for example a 64 GB 3 pack will cost you around $20-$25. These cameras are memory saving as well, the videos that are kept in the SD card are not so big and they are clear, my setting is 20 seconds recording per activity and I have never filled the SD card or have the need of formatting in over 1 year, so capacity is not a concern.This camera model is ZS-GX2K, very sturdy, not the cheap feeling like others; the metal plate to mount it on gives you the peace of min that it will never get loose or fall.Setting it up was a breeze, not even 3 minutes and I had the camera up and running, the process is very straightforward and I got access to the camera right away. In the menu, all the options you can imagine are there as shown in the pictures, pan control is so easy to use. The image comes by default in SD resolution, it can be switched to HD with just one touch of the screen. Detection sensitivity and detection are can be set to your preference as well. Notifications are very fast, no delay at all, the new updated app makes it even easier to get notified. Also, It has a cool option to turn on a very bright light that comes handy for dark scenarios, however, the night vision is just enough. Overall you can’t go wrong with this camera, it is well built and the performance is awesome.
