Customers say

Customers find the cleanser leaves their face feeling clean, with one noting it removes makeup residue effectively. The product is gentle enough for sensitive skin and helps with pores, while leaving the complexion looking radiant and refreshed. They appreciate that it works well without drying out the skin, and one customer mentions it’s suitable for use after micro needling. While customers consider it well worth the investment, some find it pricey.

  1. Sarah

    Highly recommend
Every once in a while I buy a cleanser that is cheaper than this one, but I always end up getting rid of it and buying this one again. I wish it was cheaper, but I love it. My combination skin feels smooth and squeaky clean after every wash. My skin looks even better when I pair this with Tatcha’s water cream.

  2. Laura Miller

    Stands up to Tatcha quality
Tatcha is just the best quality and I love nearly everything I tried from them. This cleanser is light and fragrance free and makes my skin feel so soft. I’ll be buying again.

  3. Fabiana

    Good buy!
    Great buy! Skin looks amazing!

  4. RAmaro

The greatest brand in skincare despite price tag
Gel cleanser that is gentle on the face. I have kind of sensitive skin but Tatcha products never disappoint. I use it in the morning and my skin loves it. Yes, it’s pricey but OTC creams and cleansers always broke out my skin.

  5. Baronanne

    Pricey, but worth it.
I would think this cleanser, in fact the whole line, benefits any kind of skin. Lathers nice, and rinses clean.

  6. Alan C. Sanders

This Face Cleanser Hangs Out in My Shower
It’s virtually impossible to find anything not fabulous about this skincare line. I do miss the exfoliating beads in the Deep Cleanse. This past winter, I used the Matcha Cleanse with the Rice Polish Deep at night and just the Deep Cleanse in the morning. It’s expensive, yes, but one tube lasts four months.

  7. Lorie Latimer

works well without drying out my skin
I love this. My skin is sensitive and it works so well on it.

  8. Issy

    The best
Talk about a first class face cleaner!!! I’ve used everything from the crunchy stuff to what the derm sold me and this surpasses them all! Makes my skin squeaky clean, soft, plump and fresh! No scent and doesn’t burn. Very effective and great value for the money! Great for sensitive skin too.

  9. Paul Fisher

    All good. Fast delivery.

  10. Marielle Beaulieu

I’ve been wanting to try this product but the cost was too expensive to just try it. I got a sample from a friend and I just loved it! Amazon was cheaper than Sephora so I ordered 2!

  11. Deneve

Super average. I waited to have used it long enough to see any sort of miraculous claim come to fruition. Alas, like most cosmetic claims, it’s utter rubbish. There is no miracle that will reverse any damage or signs of aging, that drinking water, a healthy diet, or exercise can’t already fix. Aging isn’t reversible, and the only correction is surgery. It’s an overpriced basic face wash. You are better off with drug store brands like Cetaphil or CeraVe. This will likely fall on dead ears, which is why companies make billions, but do not buy this expecting anything more than a standard face cleaner.
