So far, so good. Know your phone & pay attention to what kind of sim card you have. This phone works with a Physical GSM Sim. If that’s not what you have, this phone won’t work for you. It’s in the description. It says it’s an International Version so if you have to change the language, that’s why. Also in the description. For me, it’s great! Double the speed & storage of my previous phone. I’ve never had a white phone before but it’s pretty. I put in my sim card & transferred all my data/apps. It’s working Beautifully. Super fast! And it uses the same charger I already had. They did include one but I didn’t need it. Typing this review on it, now.

No ejection pin with item.
I received this item with no problem, except, it doesn’t have an injection pin with it. I looked all over the item. Inside and out of the packaging, and no ejection pin so I can’t get me Sim card out of my old phone and into my new phone.

Yes, it is dual SIM. But I was not clear if the second SIM slot was both a memory slot or only a SIM slot. It is large enough TO ACCOMODATE AN SD MEMORY CARD. otherwise everything is fine.

Great phone for the money
Great phone for the money, does everything better than the iphone 12 I was using with a few exceptions. The large screen is nice too. Size is inconvenient at times as it does not fit in the phone holder built in to my truck. Also android does not integrate as well with the radio display screen as apple does in my truck.

Doesn’t support WIFI calling
The entire reason I bought this phone is to be able to use it for WIFI calling. I don’t have any cell phone service at my house so I rely on wifi calling. I have a VOIP number that I use as my primary phone and that’s the only one I really give out but for some reason, certain service providers absolutely refuse to give a one time password to a VOIP phone and it takes around five minutes of travel time to get a OTP from my phone. I have to literally get in my card, go up a mountain, wait until I get a signal, come home, and then type in my OTP, if it hasn’t already expired by then. It doesn’t support wifi calling on puretalk USA whereas all my other phones on my plan have perfectly functional wifi calling. Basically, if I want to make a phone call I have to use VOIP and with services providers who absolutely refuse to send OTPs to VOIP phones or e-mail, it makes my life miserable.

Included “25 watt” power adapter is fake, otherwise ok phone.
The phone is, so far, perfectly functional. The feel is not as snappy as other more expensive phones with higher end processors, but it’s more than fine for everyday use. You’ll experience the lag with a two finger pull down of the shade, for example.Coming from a Pixel phone (this is deliberately a second phone for work purposes), the interface, while clean, is not nearly as good as Google’s default. The notification shade with Samsung’s UI is immediately more confusing to glance at than Google’s, for example. Useable, but completely and unnecessarily different than Google’s for negative improvement.Nice battery life so far, though.I’d give the phone an easy four Stars, but since this seller has included a “25 watt” wall charger with this item there is a problem. The problem is that the charger is fake.Confirmed it’s a fake “25 watt” charger against a 10 watt charger using Samsung’s own included USB-C to C cable. From ~50% charge, the included “25 watt” charger shows a complete charge time of nearly ~4 hours for that last 50% of battery. Swapping over to an older Google 10 watt shows just ~50 minutes to full…So buy the phone for the cost, size (if needed), battery, and relatively clean user interface, but not because the “25 watt” charger is included nor because you expect flagship phone performance.

El teléfono llegó bien sellado y protegido. Pero ¿por qué no viene con cargador? ¿Por qué el vendedor no lo señala en el anuncio? El cable que viene en la caja es un doble tipo c (ambos extremos son tipo c) por lo tanto tampoco sirve para cargar!
