Really the best shoe I’ve worn in years. Doesn’t bunch up my toes, feels very good to walk in them. Laces…yes. I was using slip on shoes before (other brand) and my toes paid the price. I’ll buy these as long as they keep selling them. True to size as well.

Horrible customer service when there’s a product issue
I bought these shoes in May. Rockport is known for good products in the past and my first impression was good light weight shoe and comfortable. However 3 months in and the seams are coming apart, I can feel every you might step on like small stones in a parking lot through the shoe. They are wearing out extremely fast for a $60+ shoe that’s only being worn at work 5 days a week for 8 or so hours and most of the time I’m working at my desk. When I reached out to through Amazon about product issues it directs me to Rockports official website and corporate number. I send them emails or call and I’m told to go through Amazon. Amazon says they are set up to handle all issues directly and must contact the manufacture. After 2 weeks and back and forth with the company I have gotten no where other than sorry you are having and issue with your shoe.Do not buy shoes from this company or store. If you have issues with the shoe after the 30 day return window you are out of money and have to buy more shoes.

These casual shoes are reasonably styled but the advertising says they are the most comfortable. The are not uncomfortable but they are just standard in terms of comfort

On change une bonne paire de souliers parce qu’ils sont usés et pas parce qu’ils sont brisés! Ces souliers sont confortables, légers, ne font pas mal aux pieds dès la sortie de la boîte! Je porte ces souliers depuis près de 2 ans. Vous voyez sur les photos mes vieux et mes neufs pour comparer. Depuis environ 1 an, je marche 4 km/jour avec ces souliers, ils ont marchés plus de 1000km. Je les ai changé pour le même modèle parce que la semelle était usée, mais tout le reste était encore très bon. Aucun dommage!
