How to print different paper size on printer？
Find the paper size switch on the left of the paper bin
Switch it to 216 (upper) can print US Letter Paper
Switch it to 210 (bottom) can print A4 Paper
Note: This printer only support Thermal Paper and Tattoo Transfer Paper
Why is the printer printing blank papers or print light?
It may because the paper is installed incorrectly. Please maker sure the paper with black markings faces downwards
If the indicator light flashes red, means the device enter low-power mode and needs to be charged; or print quality may be affected.
Why does the printer print incomplete?
The position of the paper is not correct. The two ends of the paper need to be on the same straight line to ensure that the printing is not offset
Please check that the paper size you choose on APP or Computer are match the paper you use.
Why can’t I install the computer driver?
1. Make sure the printer is powered on, connect the PC & printer with USB cable in the package.
2. If the computer prompts that this driver is not an official legal software, please turn off the firewall and other protection software before install.
Why can’t I print with my computer after installing the driver?
1. Uninstall driver and Enter”setting”-“Devices”-“Printer & scanners” to remove the Printer D810 then restart your computer
2. Connect Printer & PC via USB and reinstall the driver

This is such an amazing invention. Printing kn the go without the need for ink is amazing. The design is portable and light. The software is called Labelnize and is very convenient and easy to use. The print quality is good for the value. It charges via usb C and connects via bluetooth.

Not Wireless on Dell Laptop, But Still a Solid Choice
This thermal printer is really neat! If you’re aware of what exactly a thermal printer is, how expensive the paper is, and the general limits of functionality of a thermal printer, this will be a solid choice.I love how portable it is! I’ve had trouble getting it to connect to my laptop through the Bluetooth, but that’s okay. It works really well with my iPhone so I’ve just been saving my docs to OneDrive and printing them from the phone app. I do wish you could preview the AI generated images in the app before printing, but it’s a fun surprise to see what comes out based on your prompts.

Polono portable printer:Works as should , easy setup but I did have an issue when trying to connect through bluetooth to my iMac .For the comfort of printing your own paper work when on the go this printer will be the one for me>.I printed things from my phone through the app and all was flawless.I connected the iMac that didn’t want to work through bluetooth and all worked out well! Here’s where I got excited IT HAS A BUILT IN 2000mAh battery for on the go printing. Been using it for three days now and I am satisfied that this will be my go to printer when on the road.Would love it to print in color but I guess that’s in the future.Prints faster than my hp4654.Best thing about this printer is how light it is and you can carry it anywhere once charged.
