Love the product, but the delivery made it great.
I bought the same TV from Sam’s Club. It was delivered damaged. Really a total pain in the butt returning it and the weight for my refund was almost 2 weeks. So rather than ordering it from Sam’s again I sent the order in for the exact same television to Amazon. I love the LG TV. All of our LG TVs in the house share the remotes and make it just a lot easier for us. Anyway. Product came to me undamaged and was actually packaged most differently. It was so well packed with all kinds of cushion that I thought to myself that it was just unbelievable. I’m so amazed at the ability that I have to order a television through Amazon and they always come to me without any damage. so help me to cut out go to Best Buy or target or Walmart or Sam’s Club anymore. Saves me the time saves me the gas and gets it to my house!

If you need to purchase a tv….DO NOT BUY A PHILLIPS. Quality,awful……customer service awful.The one I purchased,would not accept Dish as my provider,the screen kept changing to all streaming. Would not accept any of the Dish info. Had to dump it! Get a VIZIO !!
