I always get an Otter Box because I drop my phone all the time. I’ve never had it break or crack with these cases. This Denver Dusk (lavender color purple) is my favorite color scheme so far.

Durable and strong
My son absolutely enjoys this OtterBox he works in a field and which his phone is constantly getting hit and tossed around he finds that the phone has been protected very well through his job being that he has dropped it and it has been sustained and he has rolled over it among other things. The design is strong and tough. It has a good grip the color lasts even after being in the sun lately and the fit into any pocket works perfectly.

Warning: This is a biased review.Otterbox is a great case, but it’s vastly overpriced. It’s rugged and relatively good quality. What use to make Otterbox stand out as the king of cases doesn’t apply today in 2025. Competitors cases are now just as rugged, just as stylish, and at a fraction of the cost. I’m giving this a 4/5 star rating, but really my impression is it’s just average for my expectations. Which really makes this a 3/5 rating for me. Then again, I’m being biased.

Did not come in original packaging
I just received this but IT DID NOT COME IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, just a plastic bag, no box, no bubble wrap mailer. There was already a scuff on the hard outer casing. I paid for a NEW case but I highly doubt I got one. I desperately need a case for my new phone or I would send this back. OtterBoxes used to be my go to case company because they were so protective and durable. I was willing to pay a premium for a new one but I am most likely never buying another one after this.
