It’s a fast and easy to use work laptop. It handles the CRM, multiple Edge tabs, chess, and jigsaw puzzle simultaneously very well (my benchmark for these things is not very complicated)

Great laptop quality, but poor battery
As the title says the battery that’s built in the laptop certainly has some wear, the max I’m assuming I can use it for is around 2 hours.Overall the laptop came in amazing quality, everything checks out, but I’ve been using it for around a week now, and the battery is just the issue I have. Planning on replacing it with Microsoft or another provider if I can though. Only using it for leisure activities & browsing, nothing serious so it runs well on that part. The touch screen is a nice niche addition, but since the laptop doesn’t fold I don’t see it being used ever if at all in my case. Great cost compared to buying new.Will update in a year if I remember though.
