Please note some games have restrictions on this so check the game first. If you connected a USB drive and Windows doesn’t show up in the file manager, you should first check the Disk Management window.
To open Disk Management on Windows 8 or 10, right-click the Start button and select “Disk Management”. On Windows 7, press Windows+R to open the Run dialog, type diskmgmt.msc into it, and press Enter.
To create a new partition on your drive, do the following: 1.Right-click on the Unallocated space, and go to New Simple Volume
2. Now set the size of the new volume, and you’re good to go! Note: if you need it for PS3 and smart TV, this external hard drive has to be reformatted in Fat32 file. capacity on the product will be differenct from the windows output:

downloads everything, everywhere, all at once and looks cool.
more capacity than expected/advertised, so that is good. Also quickly downloads and uploads with jack provided (with zero errors occurring). i now own six of these and am very happy. I’ve had no problems (this was a replacement for a 1tb thumb that was horrible, and this was just a few dollars more) i am really happy with this storage device.

Ottimo sia dal punto di vista funzionale che estetico. Non ho avuto alcun problema nel collegarlo al Mac e nel suo riconoscimento (invece ho mooolti problemi con questo computer della Apple: dispotico, lento, inaffidabile e sempre più difettoso ogni volta che sono costretto ad un aggiornamento impostomi dalla casa. Nonostante avessi già altri due hard disk, uno della Toshiba e uno della Segate, sono stato costretto a comprare questo nuovo perché gli altri due non erano formattati come il mio signor Mac desidera. Uso il PC dal 1982 e non ho mi dovuto soffrire come mi capita dopo essere passato al Mac). Ho ricevuto l’Hard disk il giorno dopo averlo ordinato. Great little file storage, works a treat from the box. I wanted it to put some home videos on and connect to TV. There is a slot at the back of my TV and its sits perfectly in that, so no wires or boxes showing.
