Waste of money
Used maybe twice, went to start up and it just freezes on “intel inside” screen.I should have returned 1st day when camera won’t work but since I didn’t need camera on it I thought it would be perfect to do cricut designs with,DONT BUY!!!!

Keylogger Preinstalled
I purchased this laptop and received it a few days ago. I noticed it was running much slower than I had expected, so I investigated the startup programs and found “multikeysfunction” and after following it to the destination folder found key logs, one of which contained a password I had entered yesterday. I disabled and removed the program, which immediately improved performance. I am very disappointed that I received a product with preinstalled software that created a log of my keystrokes.
