Exactly what I was looking for
For the price this is exactly what I was looking for. I’m not sure why someone thought the two elastics covered part of the screen but as the pictures show you put the elastics over the edges of the keyboard only. I’m terrible at putting my laptops into the sleeve style of protective cases so this is perfect to zip and go. I’m not sure how long the zippers will last and the foam is what you pay for as well but I’m constantly on the go seeing clients and this is doing what I want protecting the corners from being banged up. I chose the mint color which will likely show stains easily and that’s expected. Pick a dark color if you don’t want that.

It’s bigger than 15.6” inches I bought it for a 15.6” portable monitor I wanted something little more secure to hold the monitor and protect it. This product will not work.
