3 yr old asked for a camera. He got so excited for this one! Loves it so much. Learned fast how to take the pictures (which icon) and turn on and off on his own. Seems pretty sturdy. Held up since Easter from his wild crazy man abuse. Comes with a lanyard. Good purchase. (Can’t wait to go through all his photos once it fills up)

Fun for kids!
I got this camera for my teenage son, he is developmentally disabled and I thought this camera would work well for him. It’s menu is fairly simple and easy to use. He can click around on it and we don’t have to worry that he will put it in a weird mode or anything like that. The fact that this camera is a robot is fun, but I saw it as a bonus for accessibility. He has a hard time holding a camera, and with this one, he can get a good grip on the legs. One issue I have with this camera is the location of the button to take the photos. It is also the power button. If he holds the button down too long, it turns the camera off. And the location is slightly challenging in addition to figuring out the right amount of pressure to take the photo. With practice, it has become easier. A different location would have been even better. The pictures are decent quality, and the camera battery lasts pretty long. Overall, he likes the camera, and that is good enough for me!

Not durable at all
My son loved this but the speakers on it stopped working in less than a month. The company sent us a new one, but now, four months later, the speakers on the new one are crackling loudly. He mostly uses it to make videos, so this is a bummer. If it had lasted longer, it would be a great item, but only lasting four months is not worth the money.
