I’m spoiled by touch screens & this one is excellent. My last touch screen was 3 times the price of this one & this model is just as good as the higher priced model. I like that I can sinc my phone with it so that text & phone calls are displayed in the corner of the screen. It is worth the price. Can’t go wrong with this one.

It works, but Wi-Fi module or antenna must be improved.
So far it works perfect, the only issue I found is the Wi-Fi, no matter how they say how modern quick it is… my 3yr old (Ac1300) usb wifi works much better like 288 vs 720 synchronized (router in a different floor)

Great computer for basic needs
This computer’s been a lifesaver for me, honestly. I’m not an expert or programmer person, so I needed something simple. Everything loads quickly, and I haven’t had any issues. It’s perfect for browsing, emails, and streaming videos. Plus, the price was amazing for what you get. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a basic, reliable computer. It gets the job done without any fuss.

Sorely Disappointed
I used this laptop for exactly a month, and then the day after 1 month had passed it suddenly popped up with a blue screen with a sad face on it :(, said it couldn’t work, then turned off. When it came back on, it said “Boot Device Not Found”. I did some troubleshooting and it said “No hard drive installed”. I followed the instructions on the HP website and from other technology experts, and none of it was able to diagnose or fix it. Previous to this I had problems with the screen going black and not coming back on when it timed out, and sometimes the “Start” pop-up and the Notifications/Calendar pop-up wouldn’t actually pop up when I clicked on them. It would glitch out for about thirty seconds before I was finally able to actually click on it and view it. I hadn’t thought too much of it until the day the laptop just shut down and then couldn’t register the hard drive. I’m very disappointed by this product and the number of problems that I’ve already had with it. I was hoping to return it, but because the biggest problem occurred on the 31st day of it being in my possession, I wasn’t able to return it to Amazon.

Great quality and gets hot quickly though. Don’t know if the system is going to adapt since it’s optimized for mid level work

I really love it, this laptop 2 in 1 is so handy, when switching into tablet mode, the keyboard is disabled and instead one will pop up on the screen if you need to type something. It’ll even auto rotate just like a tablet! And the laptop mode works wonders. This laptop is fast, sleek, and extremely useful I love it.
