Very disappointed
We’ve purchased HP laptops for employees and will not be doing so moving forward. The amount of issues we’ve had with HP laptops in less than a year of purchasing is wild. This one in particular has been frustrating. The picture attached is what is happening with the screen. There was no physical damage to the laptop. Was not dropped or slammed shut or anything. Just all of a sudden one day started doing this with the screen.

Refurbished or Open Box idk but don’t regret it. Looked brand new & I have been using it for 3 weeks. Fingers crossed it lasts at least a good 2 years while I am finishing MBA.

El rendimiento de la batería no es el más óptimo, para lo que realizo quisiera que durará más, ahora revise la capacidad máx de ram y me aparece que son 32GB mientras que en la descripción aparecen 64, del resto muy bien la relación precio/calidad, es una laptop muy basica

Great for Price
Loving this computer for work. The only downside is the keyboard is not backlit. I bought a $9 skin to go over keyboard to make typing easier. For the price this is a great computer.
