This fridge got me through college. Of course, it’s not as good as a proper mini fridge, but if you need to cool some small food or a six pack of cans in a pinch, this is definitely worth getting.I love the retro style too. There’s something about this era, seems like all the designers were on the same page and they knew exactly what they were doing.Oh, and I did read some reviews that said that water would leak out of the bottom of the unit, I never had that problem and I’ve had this for years. Works great! Keeps things cold, cute color, it holds 9 cans if you pack it in. All I had to do was connect the cord to the fridge then plug it in to install it. It’s not too heavy and there is only a very quiet hum.

Purchased this item in July 2023 for my husband so he could store his insulin in our bedroom so that he didn’t have to bring the insulin in from the kitchen fridge when he needed to change his insulin pump. Now for those skeptical people out there – yes, we only stored insulin in the unit – it was not overfilled, and the unit was plugged directly into the outlet on the wall. There was no overloading of the circuit from multiple items plugged in all together.My husband is a Type 1 Diabetic and has to change out his pump tubing and a new insulin supply every 3 days. So this little unit was going to make his pump exchanges go a little smoother since he would have all of the supplies closer together.Fast forward 16 months and 11/27/24. THANKFULLY, my husband came home slightly earlier than normal due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, because this little unit caught fire and damaged the bedside table it was standing on as well as the adjacent wall. Unfortunately, some of his medication was lost, but at least coming home earlier saved us from losing our home, personal belongings, and our four-legged fur baby (Our Great Dane was in the house).When reaching out, I found out that Fridgidaire doesn’t even supply the support for this product because they foist the responsibility of the warranty/service work out to Curtis International (a Canadian-based company). I would advise that if you are thinking about purchasing this unit or already own one, unplug it and go with something else. This product could cost a lot more than you would expect.

Enjoy a cold one
This product is supposed to hold 9 12oz cans of drink. I fail to see how they get 9 cans inside. I could only get seven in there. This doesn’t have any temperature control but it does chill your beverages without much condensation. It’s nice to be able to use it in the car. I won’t be doing that. It’s okay for the price. It’s a Frigidaire.

Medication fridge
We got his for medication. Works great! The dual power (110v/11v) is great we can take it in our car and keep the meds cool. Plug it n I. Th white overnight, repeat. Makes travel simple.

Meh….really sloooooooooooooooooow cooling, bare minimum functionality.
I bought two of these. The first one did not cool at all, the replacement one cooled at least enough that it wasn’t worth the hassle to return it. But this is the slowest, least-chilling cold box I have seen. I have had several other brands that lasted a few years and then wore out, but they all cooled quickly and efficiently; this product cools slowly. It is fine for storing a few soft drinks in your cubicle, but I think you should learn from my experience and look elsewhere for something better at this price point.

Small But Perfect
Have this on my desk at work. It keeps two bottles of water, two yogurts, and my lunch perfectly cold. I didn’t need or want anything huge or that might blow a fuse in our old building. This tiny fridge was the perfect solution. The pink color is a perfect pop of color. I bought the blue one for a friend.

Lo compré porque en verano estamos a 40° en mi ciudad y me daba pendiente se arruinaran mis productos de skincare, llevo varios meses con el y me ha funcionado de maravilla.Hay que aclarar que enfría en relación a la temperatura ambiente, es decir, si afuera hay 40° no esperes que lo de adentro este a 4° pero tal vez a unos 15/18° si llega y es suficiente para mantener en buen estado productos cosméticos, pero como usualmente encendemos el AC para refrescar el cuarto, entonces enfría un poco más que eso. Su uso es para productos cosméticos, no comestibles ni bebidas allí (para empezar creo que ni caben)No tiene para mantenerlos calentitos en invierno como otras marcas, no recuerdo si venía en la descripción pero en mi caso no me resulta tan necesario, creo que en invierno solo lo mantendré apagado, espero no se descomponga
