Can’t connect to Wi-Fi?
It may be due to device limitations of the router. You can restart the router, reset the TV, and then try to reconnect after turning it on.

This TV was so easy to setup. Added my Web accounts for simple login and am using this 40 inch TV as my 1080P Computer Monitor. Just don’t lose the remote. No switches. What can a person say about one Model compared to others. This is a Smart TV and works great for the things I hook up. This IS a TV and can tune to local VHF, UHF and Digital TV stations along with Cable TV. Most CATV providers now require a cable box or a central receiver with 4 or 5 small boxes that get the signal through their own network. For this brand model and dimensions I believe that this is good value.

Good value and works well, except for the remote control
I had a need for a very specific size TV, and this was one of few that fit the bill. The picture is great. Set-up takes a while.I hate the remote control which seems to work about 20% of the time, and I must turn the TV on using the stand alone remote. I changed the batteries provided with the TV, but the remote did not work any better.I use the app on my phone which works in conjunction with Amazon Home, and after the TV is on, it works consistently.

Can’t use with DirectTV
Sound is poor. Because this is a new brand, there is no way to connect your satellite remote. Price is right!

No HDR and it was written on the box that it has HDR that was why i bought it but i got disappointed.

Took a little while to get it all set up. The sound quality is terrible. I was hoping previous reviews in that we’re wrong but they are correct. I would spend a few more dollars and get a tv with decent sound. The picture seems to be decent. Can’t get the remote to pair with the tv so we can use the voice command.
