Our old microwave got so dirty that it was not something you would want to cook your food in, and neither my wife or myself wanted to clean it, so we bought a new one. Okay, that’s partially true, our old microwave was kinda nasty, but it bit the dust. So after checking rating and features, we decided on this model.We are very pleased and have fairly quickly gotten used to the lock feature, which we did not know if we would like or not when we first set it up.The power is sufficient, the controls are easy to use, although they could be a little brighter and easier to read, and it looks good on our countertop. We like the handle much better than the push opening, and lastly, it looks good.

Microwave works great. much bigger than my original 700w and cooks way faster as well. The color theme fits my kitchen which is nice. Its a little on the loud side of things but ive heard worse. Seems to be very durable. Ill update as time goes on.

A nice compact microwave
We’ve had this for several months now, replacing a larger microwave. We didn’t need one as big as the previous, so we chose this model. It easily fits a full size dinner plate. At 1,000 watts, it heats foods and drinks up plenty fast. For function, and size, it’s 5 stars. I pulled 1 star for a simple reason – I can’t get it to sit still. By that I mean that when I open or close the door, it’s often shifting/moving on the counter. And that’s due to it’s very light weight. It’s not a huge problem, but I would rather it was able to stay in one place. Still, I’m glad we bought it.

I am extremely disappointed in this Microwave. I live in Sydney Australia and I purchased this item from Amazon AU. Therefore I expected it to be Aussie Compliant. But it has a foreign electrical plug and every time I press the START button it trips my circuit breaker and switches off. It is un-usable. Obviously I will need to return it and that entails a whole other world of hassle and annoyance. What a joke. Time wasted and expense not to mention the endless reading you need to do and follow to get a simple refund. Not happy at all!!!

This is a TERRIBLE microwave. We bought it in Sept 2024 and it stopped working in December. We can’t get anyone from Farberware or AMAZON to talk to us and the RETURN window has closed so Amazon is of no use. NO ONE will return emails. It cost $248 and we have a box that lights up, makes noise but won’t heat food. Farberware is ignoring us. This is ridiculous. Customer Service? What a joke.

This is the best microwave I’ve ever owned. I’ve bought a couple through the years. When my first one died after it had done its time, I bought another one to replace it. It actually defrosts well and cooks food evenly. The only thing I don’t like is after several years of use the plastic coating on the key pad starts to lift.
