Best printer I’ve ever had!
I’m extremely happy with this printer! I converted it to a sublimation printer and it works flawlessly. The colors are vibrant, prints come out crisp, and it’s been consistent with every project. Setup was smooth, and it’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it without a hitch. If you’re looking to get into sublimation, this printer is a fantastic choice. Couldn’t be more pleased!

GARBAGE-STOPPED WORKING AFTER A MONTH
BEWARE!!! THIS PRINTER STOPPED WORKING AFTER A MONTH. The bottom tray jams every time I try to print. Which means it doesn’t print at all anymore. I called Epson customer service several times, every time more pictures were needed. The last time, Epson wanted me to take a picture of the ink lines, this was a 4-step process including turning the printer upside down and trying to manipulate underneath to get a specific picture of the ink lines. The ink lines are so difficult to access the customer service representative had to walk me through the steps… and of course I received another reference number to go with this one photo before needing to call again to walk through the EXTREME process of returning a brand new printer. The customer service representatives are unfriendly and very difficult to understand. After the last agent tried to walk me thought the process of finding the ink lines with an accent so heavy I was constantly asking her to repeat the last thing she said, I lost my temper. I decided not to go further through the extreme process and just lose the $499. I never want to deal with the rot that is Epson ever again. I’m 47 years old and this was the absolute worst customer service/return process I have ever experienced. BEWARE! I wish I could leave negative stars.

I purchased the EPSON ET 15000 as my HP Office Jet was causing me problems. I did much research on many printers as I own a small business and needed a reliable and cost-effective printer. The EPSON Eco tank had a lot of mixed reviews but was recommended by experts. It does cost more than others but not dealing with cartridges and having the Eco Tanks sounded like the best trade-off for the money. So far I love it! It was easy to set up and worked perfectly right out of the box. I like how easy it is to load the ink, it prints nice and can take paper up to 13 x 19. My old printer wouldn’t take paper I had already used but this one takes it. It’s already saving me money.

Paper Tray Is Too Small
Just got the printer and I am mostly happy with it, so far the issues I have found are1. The printer has a blue hue when printer grey’s. There does not seem to be a way to tune the color balance.2. The paper tray is too small to hold larger pages. So if you are printer larger sized sheets you need to babysit the printer so you don’t come back to a pile of out of order sheets on the ground

I do a lot of large format printing. This printer is perfect. I had an older version of it that was no longer supported with drivers for my operating system so I needed to buy a new one. This one doesn’t disappoint, it’s great.

I use this printer to print my paint-by-numbers creations that I have done online onto canvas. I chose a 12 x 16″ image and printed it on a 13×19″ canvas sheet that I had trimmed down from a 16×20″ canvas pad sheet. Put the canvas in the rear feeder, set the paper size to A3+/plain white, and hit. Perfect feed, absolutely no problem. I had a small hiccup with setup and called the techie department. They were immediately available and knew exactly what I had done wrong (didn’t read the instructions properly).Yes, I bought it mainly to print on canvas sheets, but it will replace the smaller Epson I have been using for some years. It is light enough to move around easily, compact enough to fit in a reasonable space, and prints like a dream. Connecting to the wifi was easy. The eco tanks made it a no-brainer for me. I highly recommend this printer.

It worked fine for the first 2 months and then when i would print it would print 3/4 way through the paper and then make a loud noise and completely stop and I would have to pull the paper through:( Super disappointing considering how much I spent on it.
