This arrived but would NOT do anything but LOCK!!!!! I had to keep unplugging the unit to open the door. It would NOT turn on the cooking element at all. It would not allow me to set the clock. And be aware this is extremely heavy!

Beautiful microwave! I love it. It’s still pretty big I was trying to go a bit smaller. But over all it’s awesome. The most difficult part was trying to set the time. Easy to use and nice quality. Emerson is the best my last one lasted 10 years. Still working but really needed to update.

I’ve had this exact microwave before, Amazon is the Only place I’ve found since, first purchase 2019.The child lock can be annoying for someone without kids, but hey it’s there for Safety reasons, so I can’t knock that! I love the grill feature, it’s great for Browning and Toasting!Amazon had the perfect price point for my budget at this moment. I was so happy just to find this Emerson micro knowing what all it’s capable of.

More than I expected
I agreed to a slightly used model outside of the handle being broke which I cement glued on and that round piece that goes underneath the plate being broke. I had one from the old microwave. This thing works like a dream. It heats up quickly. I mean it has a grill function would you believe a microwave with a grill function And I got it for very little bit of money I couldn’t ask for more not to mention the shining mirror on the front. I am more than pleased thank you guys and the size is together. I couldn’t ask for more. I’m very pleased Called Amazon about the broken pieces. They were more than happy to give me a five Gift card for my inconvenience which is more than I could’ve asked. Thanks again. I love it. It is wonderful , thanks guys

Great microwave
This is the best microwave I have ever owned! I like the fact that you can turn the child lock off, I also like that this microwave was made with less harmful chemicals, and it’s energy efficient my wife loves the grill function it made her French bread pizza crunchy. And it’s not very noisy

LOVE this microwaveIt replaced a very old one and holy moly this thing is amazing, plus it heats up 3x faster then the one we got rid of.And the reminder beeps after a few minutes if you’ve forgotten you put anything in it. Genius! I tend to get distracted 🙃Also the child lock, I mean it’s not really needed in my household but when Littles come to visit, it’s absolutely a good feature to have. Bravo!Also this looks amazing and acts like a kitchen mirror.

Bought in September so 4 months old now. The power is working fine, but the button buttons are completely dead. I can’t believe how ripped off I feel. I’ve had cheap microwaves that have lasted years. Product support is unbelievably difficult. What a total waste of money.
