Fantastic Microwave – Fast, Quiet, and Reliable!
I’ve been using this microwave for a few days now, and I’m extremely impressed. It heats food evenly and quickly, and the defrost function works surprisingly well. Awesome microwave.
Our old microwave ran its course over the holidays and needed to get a new one. Came across this Emerson and liked it. Good microwave a little different as far as interface goes from our old one but that’s OK. I like the turning knob on it for the time setting. Overall good microwave for the price and would buy again.

Never worked and I could never get intouch with customer service. Waste of money. Could not return as I threw away the packing. Light comes on but doesn’t cook.

A nice microwave oven for the money!
This is a very nice microwave oven for the money, especially if you like the large knob to set the time instead of a keypad. There is also a 30-second button. Lastly, the stainless steel front is very attractive.

Love the user interface.
This unit has actual buttons and rotary controls instead of a flexible keypad. So much nicer and very intuitive. I wish all microwave models would be offered with this kind of controls. Quality seems quite good although hard to tell until I’ve had it for at least 10 years. Also, customer support actually called me back with an answer to a question I had. Best customer support I’ve run in to in a long time.
