We have been using these for several year for my son who has autism. He is 12 years old, 5’3″ and about 215 pounds. These are durable and do not rip when he pulls them up. They have good absorbency and keep keep the sheets through out the night. He also likes that they do not look like little children pull ups with characters.

These fit perfectly and are very discreet. Though my main complaint is that some of them are uneven which makes it feel awkward. Other than that, the Depends Real Fit is my go to product for incontinence.
