Made my high schooler find a computer that would meet his needs (he likes to play some games, but not a heavy gamer) and was the best he could find at a good price. He chose this one and has had it for about a month with no complaints. Before this he had a Chromebook so was looking for a computer with a Windows OS. It seems to be a good starter computer he can use to figure out what he will get the next time.

Replaced the wife’s older Dell. Does it all faster and with better resolution. One minor deficit… it does not have a fingerprint scan capability, when my wife really liked. SO minus 1 star.

The Touch Screen Broke Within A Week Of Buying The Laptop!
The touch screen easily breaks! I had to get a new display within a week of buying the laptop! When I installed the new display, nothing showed up on it. Product appears to be a waste of money. I would not recommend it!

La cámara de vídeo se rompió después de 2 semanas. El soporte técnico intentó solucionarlo de forma remota, pero después de unas semanas me dijeron que necesitaba llevar la computadora a EE. UU. a un centro de servicio por mi cuenta. Otro mes después, los pestillos de plástico de la carcasa de la computadora se rompieron. Tuve que sellarlo con pegamento para que funcionara al menos un poco más. Funciona terriblemente. La sincronización con la nube se activa automáticamente y resulta imposible trabajar debido a descargas muy lentas de Internet, incluido el zoom que se niega a funcionar.
