Listen, I needed a power drill, this one was within budget, but the real reason I purchased it was so that the next time I needed a drill, I could look my partner in the eyes and say “Go get my DCK bag.”That aside, pretty good drill! It charged pretty quickly, feels solid, worked well for my purposes. I had to leave it behind when I moved but if I had to buy another I’d be happy to.

More than what you’re paying for
This is an excellent price option for home DIY or small jobs. I think it would even work well on the job site based on the feel and the power. Comes with a good variety of bits in a portable belt case. Weight is distributed well not out of balance. Battery seems to be solid holding up what I’ve done from drilling to putting in some deck screws.

I was a little hesitant to buy an unknown brand drill, but I have been pleasantly surprised with the power and quality of the DCK half-inch cordless drill. It is at least as powerful as my 18 volt deWalt drill at only a fraction of the cost. The included battery holds a charge for a long time and recharges quickly so the drill is always ready to go. The included carry case has plenty of room for the drill, battery, charger, drill bits, and drivers, with room left over to hold a few screwdrivers and other tools. It’s nice to keep everything together for repairs or odd jobs around the houseIn short, it’s a great drill for the price and has me impressed with the power and quality

Stops under heavey load
when drill through a 4×4 with a sharp paddle bit it seemed to bog down, I Itried a snd time day and it started smoking and had a terrible oder. I want a refund.. Ronwest
