Our COMMERCIAL CHEF 1.6 cu. ft. microwave is not cordless and is equipped with a 3-wire cord and 3-prong grounding plug. You may use your new microwave in a variety of indoor settings, but only on flat stable surfaces.
How many power levels does the microwave include?
Our countertop microwave has easy-to-operate digital control panels with 10 power level selections. Additionally, you can select a pre-set menu for popcorn, pizza, potatoes, and other common selections.
What’s the difference between Weight Defrost & Time Defrost?
Our countertop microwave’s Weight Defrost Function works by inputting your food’s weight, which will defrost accordingly; Time Defrost will defrost meat, soups, stews, and other foods solely by inputting your preferred time.
Should you stir your food occasionally while microwaving it?
Stir foods such as casseroles and vegetables while cooking to distribute heat evenly. Food at the outside of the dish absorbs more energy and heats more quickly, so stir from the outside to the center.

Easy to use – lot’s of features
Very intuitive controls and easy to use. You definitely should peruse the user manual regarding some of the additional features like multi-stage cooking, weight defrost, auto cook, auto reheat, etc as those fetures require multiple number pad entries depending on food type, serving size, etc. I’ve not usually used features like that on my prior microwaves, but I am now!!!

It’s not good product
Had thissince Sept 2024. It Nov 2024 and the key control panel stopped working. There’s a year warranty from purchase date, Amazon won’t take it back.

Micwave came with dent on both sides the Rubber feets that the oven sit on was broken the clock was very dim the front stainless steel was very faded the shipping Box was very old and all the foam inside box was also damaged.

Not what expected
Microwave itself seems to work alright, it’s very big inside and can hold a lot. My only complaint is that it arrived dented on the corner backside, most likely from mishandling during shipping. The dent can be hidden if pushed back against the wall so I decided not to return it. It works great and is pretty easy to use. I appreciate that it’s quiet. My last microwave was extremely loud. Note that the digital display light color is blue not green as shown in photos. I don’t care for the blue but I realize most appliances are made like this now. Hoping for the best.

needed a new one – been years since i had a new one. I have the built-in one but with me a vegan and hubby not I use 2 microwaves at almost every meal. This one is very easy to use and clean. Good value for the money.

Perfect size for over the fridge if you’re tall enough. Fits side plates and bowls, and even microwave popcorn (bags are a bit tight so watch for scorching). Only issue is keypad buttons need to pressed really hard.
