This COMMERCIAL CHEF 1.1 cu. ft. microwave oven has 1000W of power, capable of heating and re-heating foods and beverages from 30 seconds to 99 minutes. Enjoy hot coffee in the morning and a pre-made frozen meal in the evening.
This microwave comes with a glass tray, turntable roller, shaft, and wave guide. A door lock safety system ensures your microwave door remains shut while heating and reheating meals, dishes and beverages.
Our countertop microwave an LED digital control panel with 10 power levels. Also included is a pre-set Quick Cook menu with 6 options for potatoes, popcorn, and more. You can also select defrost by weight or by time as well as select multi-stage cooking.

Is this microwave portable and cordless?
Our COMMERCIAL CHEF 1.1 cu. ft. microwave is not cordless and is equipped with a 3-wire cord and 3-prong grounding plug. You may use your new microwave in a variety of indoor settings, but only on flat stable surfaces.
How many power levels does the microwave include?
Navigate your new countertop microwave with a digital control panel with 10 power levels, in addition to functions such as Defrost by Time or Weight, Cook by Weight, Multi-Stage Cooking, and pre-set Quick Cook options.
How does the Multi-Stage Cooking Function work?
In multi-stage cooking, if one stage is defrosting, then defrosting shall be placed at the first stage automatically. For example, you can cook with 80% microwave power for 5 minutes + 60% microwave power for 10 minutes.
Should you stir your food occasionally while microwaving it?
Stir foods such as casseroles and vegetables while cooking to distribute heat evenly. Food at the outside of the dish absorbs more energy and heats more quickly, so stir from the outside to the center.
What can I not put into the microwave?
For your safety, do not put the following into the microwave oven: glass jars and bottles, paper bags, Styrofoam plates and cups, plastic storage and food containers, metal utensils, parchment paper, wood, aluminum trays, take-out containers

Great Microwave for the Family… But Those Buttons Are a Headache
As a father of three, I’m constantly juggling snack time, meal prep, and the occasional “emergency dinner.” Enter the **Commercial CHEF Small Microwave**—a trusty little powerhouse that’s been a hero in the kitchen, even if it has its quirks.Let’s start with the good stuff. The size is perfect for my chaotic kitchen. It doesn’t take up precious counter space but still manages to fit all the essentials—like hot pockets for the kids and popcorn for movie night. Despite its small form factor, it packs a punch. Heating up my food is quick and efficient, and it has the power to handle all the day-to-day demands, from reheating leftovers to making sure those hot pockets come out perfectly crispy (well, as crispy as a microwave can get).Now, the frustration. Less than a year into ownership, the touchpad buttons have started peeling away. As someone who is *constantly* microwaving food in a rush, this is a real pain. I’ve got three kids running around, so having buttons that are half peeled off isn’t exactly ideal when I’m trying to get their popcorn ready before the next chaotic meltdown. The buttons still work for the most part, but the peeling is annoying and feels like it might soon become a bigger issue.All in all, I love how this microwave works and how much space it saves. It’s quick, powerful, and gets the job done—especially when you’re trying to feed three kids in record time. But if Commercial CHEF could somehow fix those buttons, it would be an absolute 5-star appliance. Until then, I’ll keep pushing through (literally).

Not Recommended!…
NOT RECOMMENDED!..After been unpacked, found two small dents on the right side, second: after been installed in flat counter top per user manual instructions, run for 15 minutes, the microwave rattle all covers and very loud sound while heating, third: while heating a very strong smell of burning plastic, third the exterior of the cover was very hot after 8 minutes, we were afraid of burning the hands if we touched, definitely we have a very serious concern of family safety, shut it down and request a refund.

Great things come in small packages
Light weight unit, great for your everyday microwave needs. It’s small profile makes it easy to fit on any counter surface or cart. Has a basic rotation glass plate inside, lights up inside, push button function and pre sets for potatoes, popcorn, warm plate, frozen s..ect.

Works as expected but discoloration existed
The microwave works just expected out the box. Heats my foods fast and quiet. Comes with a digital clock and mirror door. However the grey color on top of the microwave metal was discolor, like it is washing out the grey color. Kinda disappointed, I pay extra for a good looking microwave and it came with discoloration.The child lock feature was also very stupid, another extra step you have to do before opening the microwave door.Only reason I didn’t return the microwave was because it came in a huge package and I didn’t want to carry it all the way to the UPS store. I would suggest you choose another microwave or this in another color.

If you are visually impaired, apply small round button indicators on the black microwave function buttons for tactile recognition. I put my small indicators on the timer, power, #5, #0, and start functions. I myself am legally blind. I had to assess the heat expanded on this new microwave which took a bit of time. Watch opening and closing ant microwave door. The doors really can’t take too much abuse and last a lot longer if care is taken. This model seems to be working well. My last microwave lasted over 15-years so with planned obsolescence it will be interest just how long this model will last with the same care I gave my last one….
