Replacement for one that did not work
Edit: purchased new oven same as the ‘used’ one I returned. Perfect size works great and I love that I can silence the annoying beeping !!This was a ‘’used’’ microwave. I have purchased used items in the past and never had a problem. This microwave did not work. I tried several times. Read all instructions and followed them. Everything worked until I pushed ‘start’ – it beeped and the timer began counting down but it did not turn on and the turntable didn’t start either. I have started a return and I hope Amazon doesn’t sell it to someone else!Edit: initiated a return 5/5 great CS Rep! UPS picked up this return 5/6 around 11am and gave me a return receipt – very easy! Refund issued same day.I ordered this same unit but a new one not used. Should be here 5/9/25.

Great for small place. Works perfectly and not too much noisy. Only bad part would be the unlock button you have to press to open the door. I guess it is a good part if you have kids.

I bought an out of the box “like new” white Comfee .7cu. It’s really cute and it was exactly what I was looking for, but unfortunately, when I open the box you could tell that it had been used and it was a bit dirty.I cleaned it up and I used it and it was everything I was looking for. I needed a specific size to fit it in my cabinet and it fit perfectly, I needed the door to close quietly, and I also needed a mute button.I’m really bummed because every single time I use this machine, it’s soaking wet inside. The condensation builds up so much and I’m not sure if it’s just my machine because it was used and returned to Amazon, but my guess is that it’s normal for this machine as a lot of people report rust.The door lock thing wasn’t that bad and I think you would get used to it. I’m returning this product because I don’t think that it’s going to last long as it’s always wet inside and I don’t want to have to thoroughly clean a microwave just for heating a basic frozen burrito or a potato.

After having this microwave for one year the glass plate broke. It was touched by a plate after being on, which could indicate that it got hot. As well, after three years, the paint at the bottom started to peel off.

Je suis dubitatif devant la longévité courte de cet appareil utilisé avec attention ?La compagnie n’a fait aucun geste commercial quand on le sait un micro onde bas de gamme devrait faire au moins 5 ans ! Et 10 ans pour les hautes gammes…Il semble avoir retiré cet item après mes communications mais je resterais vigilant et surtout n’acheter pas ce produit pour 20$ de plus vous aurez un micro onde plus fort et plus résistant…Par contre ils sont été réactif au début mais pas pour m’annoncer qu’il allait rien faire !
