Oh, where do I begin with this *absolute gem* of a product? If your goal is to lose data, waste time, and practice the art of frustration, then congratulations—this is the hard drive for you! The first one I received had a charming habit of erasing my data faster than a toddler with a marker on your walls. But hey, I thought, maybe I just got a dud. So, I contacted the company (spoiler alert: their customer service is as responsive as a brick wall), and they graciously sent a replacement.Enter hard drive #2: a true prodigy in the field of not working. It refuses to format, refuses to function, and basically just sits there mocking me like a paperweight with an attitude problem. I tried reaching out to tech support, but apparently, their email inbox is a black hole—emails go in, but nothing comes out. Same story with their phone line; I’m pretty sure it’s just a recording of silence to test your patience.In short, if you enjoy throwing money into a void and getting nothing but headaches in return, this is the product for you. Otherwise, run—don’t walk—away from this disaster. DO NOT BUY!
