The description clearly stated it was pre-formatted for Xbox series/x NTFS, so I record, at least, up to an hour of gameplay so I don’t have to go through so many methods in order to upload on YouTube…I convinced no one makes a external hard drive that lets you record directly to the Xbox —pass the 3 minute mark.

Did not work well with Xbox so im going to reset and use as standard storage. It locked up my Xbox every time I turned it on.

Mixed feelings so far
They include a TON of instructions but are all useless. It took me 30 minutes to realize that I had to plug both of the plugs in at the same time, which I had to come to Amazon to learn. It says clearly you do not have to do that in the instructions (for my console). So far seems like it works with Xbox. Be aware that when it says it’s a TB it’s referring to 1000 gigs after internal, not 1200. I’ll update if it does not last.
