Major Resetting Problem / Poor Design
The microwave had a MAJOR problem with frequently resetting everything when I pressed the panel buttons; this was especially the case with the +30 button for some reason. I thought I could live with it, or figure out some trick to avoid the issue, such as pressing the buttons juuusssttt riggghhht. But no. And not only was the resetting itself maddening, but it meant I would have to reset the clock and 2-step lock, too. (And the 2-step lock is SUPER stupid, BTW.) Furthermore, the buttons are just too small. This microwave is a piece of junk. I’m replacing it with a Black and Decker (a more trusted brand) with a better design, all for about the same price.

Stuck closed with food in it! 7 days
After 4 months, it will not open and has a bowl of soup inside it. I have unplugged it, moved it to another outlet, tried to turn it on and then off again. Still will not open. I can imagine the soup will begin to foul and really start to stink. Though not an expensive buy, it still chaps my shorts it only lasted 4 months. Not easy to use either, this whole double hit to make it open is a real pain. 7 days of back and forth, sent picutures, sent video, and they just keep pushing us off. This is not a good company to do business with. We complied with all thier requests and suggestions. Its busted, full stop.
