The operating system is not Windows.
I bought this laptop for myself. He’s learning to code. He loves it. It’s really fast and easy to use. The only drawback is that some software, such as VSCode, can’t be downloaded directly since the operating system is not Windows. Other than that, the laptop is fine. I’d definitely recommend it.

Eh. So far it is what it should be. Nothing super exciting, case quality is yet to be known. BUT BEWARE I don’t know why but the keyboard it unlike any other and even though there are ones ALMOST identical there is not any that match 100%. So we can’t find a keyboard cover which we need for my daughter who this device is for. Also struggling to find a hardcase for it.

Factory warranty is BS and the notebook stopped working within 8 months
This Item stopped working and when I went to use the manufacturers warranty it said it was no longer valid. I bought the product brand new less than a year ago from Amazon, so I called to challenge the warranty status and they told me the notebook was reported stolen and that voided the warranty. I provided them with my invoice to show I purchased it. So, apparently I was sold a stolen unit. Also they said the unit is out of warranty no matter what because I bought it through Amazon as a third party.

Ordered based on price and knew I shouldn’t expect much at price point but screen looks washed out, noticed it wasn’t a HD display. Don’t like will return.

Works good. Get’s the job done! This is more affordable than a cell phone. You can do everything you need on a larger screen! Only thing I do not like is that is not a touch screen, BUT, they did send a mouse. Would order again.

The first delivery didn’t arrive which I refunded and ordered another one. Been using it for lightweight web browsing and email and the battery life is really great! it’s one of the cheaper chromebook with a usb-c port charger which was convenient to charge. The rugged material is a bonus too
