Works good for me after 8 weeks and going.
I’ve been using this food heater 5 days a week, for 8 weeks, minus 2 days. No problems. Take a bit of time to warm up for, but not bad. Yesterday, I tested it cooking some jerk chicken thighs because suppose to be able to cook with it. I left it alone for two hours and it came out GOOD. I’m happy with my purchase after 8 week. Don’t look like new anymore as expected, but not bad. Check out my photos after cooking with it yesterday for the first time. Will be doing it again. Perfect.
I love this thing. Wish I would’ve thought about buying something like this a long long time ago. I’ve recently started getting chef-prepared Factor meals delivered to my porch and bringing them with me in my driving job. They fit into the heated lunch box perfectly and heat it up great. I let them heat up for an hour before pulling over to eat. In the house with the higher voltage it only takes about 45 minutes.

This food warmer is great. It warms up a bit quicker than my hotlogic food warmer and it comes with the 12 car plug. It’s priced right too. Unfortunately I smashed the end of my 12 car adaptor in my car door. Is there a replacement plug I can buy here?

Great investment
Light weight, easy to clean and store. It gets cold food warmed to 180 degrees in about an hour. It’s the perfect tool to have when you work away from your truck or car. I don’t know how long it will last but if it does go bad I will be getting another one. I don’t know how I got along without it.

This is an absolute game changer to be able to have a hot lunch if you are one that is on the road or works outside in winter. Canadian winters can mean your lunch might have froze. Sandwiches can get tiring. With this, you can take left overs or anything and have a hot meal! Bonus that it includes both AC and DC power adapters.For a container: using the LocknLock steel food storage container with lid so far has been the best. The bottom of the container stays in contact with the warming plate. Did also get the Rubbermaid Brilliance containers but they have a slight lip on the bottom so doesn’t sit completely against the warming plate.Would have been great to have this when we used to do long road trips with kids.

My husband loves his and uses it all the time. Sometimes he brings a small ceramic plate with him, and then puts it upside down in the bag on the heating pad and then puts his glass container of food ON TOP of that, just to create some separation from the food so that the heat isn’t so direct on the bottom of the glass container, and he says that works even better because then the food doesn’t get baked onto the bottom of the glass container. He’s a truck driver who works in the oilfield, and sometimes it’s so nice for him to have a hot meal when he’s way out in the bush.
