Good for leaks and oab
I’ve been a long time sufferer of oab and bladder leaks. I’ve been wearing pads for a long time and they weren’t cuffing it anymore. These panties are soft, comfortable and feminine and don’t feel like “diapers”. They fit my size 2 body and bottom perfectly. I put on one and had a full bladed leak and the pull-ups held it all with no leaks- I was shocked! The underwear definitely bulges when used. I don’t mind the light scentedness. So frustrated to be dealing with this but I appreciate that they kept me dry and comfortable.

Not cute but oh so practical
I was introduced to these when I was postpartum but still use them to this day. I have a few days where my period is heavier than others. Instead of going through half a box of pads/tampons in a day, I can use these instead. They keep my dry and there’s no fear that I will blead through my clothes half way through the day. I wear them at night throughout the entire time of my cycle to ensure that I don’t get my sheets stained. They aren’t cute but boy are they practical. I tried other brands or fits similar to these but I always come back to these and repurchase as needed.

Highly recommend this product for periods and after birth. These incontinent briefs were life changing for my post partum experience and made my post partum super comfortable. These Always Discreet Incontinence & Postpartum Underwear were an absolute lifesaver during my postpartum recovery! After giving birth, I quickly realized that regular pads weren’t going to cut it, and these underwear provided the protection and peace of mind I desperately needed during those unpredictable first weeks.The absorbency is truly impressive. I never experienced any leaks, even overnight or during those unexpected sneezing fits that new moms know all too well (hello, postpartum bladder control issues!). The material felt soft against my sensitive skin, and I appreciated that they didn’t have that crinkly, diaper-like sound that some similar products have. They’re discreet enough that I felt comfortable wearing them under regular clothing without feeling self-conscious.The odor control technology actually works well too – a crucial feature during the postpartum period when you’re dealing with various fluids and don’t always have time to change immediately. I never experienced any embarrassing odor issues while wearing these.Now for the reason this isn’t a five-star review: the sizing runs significantly smaller than indicated on the package. I ordered based on the size chart and weight range listed, but they fit much tighter than expected. This was particularly uncomfortable during postpartum recovery when you’re already dealing with enough discomfort. I would strongly recommend sizing up at least one size from what the package suggests – possibly even two sizes if you’re at the higher end of the weight range.The tight fit didn’t compromise the protection, thankfully, but it did make them less comfortable than they could have been, especially around the leg openings where they tended to dig in slightly. This is particularly notable for postpartum use when comfort is a major priority.Despite the sizing issue, I would still recommend these underwear to new moms or anyone dealing with incontinence. Just be aware of the sizing discrepancy and order accordingly. They truly were essential for my recovery, providing reliable protection when I needed it most, allowing me to focus on my new baby rather than worrying about leaks or frequent changes.

perfect if you’re in the hospital or nursing home
I had never bought these before, but my daughter has been in the hospital for about a month and now will go to the nursing home to gain weight and have physical therapy. Postpartum godsend. I love these.
I’m 10 days postpartum and these have been a godsend. They are so comfortable and they feel like regular underwear. They hug all the right places. They are also absorbent and keep everything in. They actually make me feel normal. And not like I’m wearing a big diaper. The only thing I don’t like is the smell cause they are scented and they have this flower odor, which I don’t love. I wish that they were just unscented. But they’re pretty great anyway.

Must-have after giving birth. Made my life much easier. I bought the S/M size which matches my size before getting pregnant. It absorbs very well especially while sleeping and changing sleeping positions. U won’t stain your clothes with blood in any way since there will be no leakage.Hint: (optional) by mistake my midwife added one FAM relax maternity pad to the always underwear and it worked fine for me. It’s a fair combination if needed in the first days but the underwear itself is amazing and u don’t need extra stuff to add for absorption.
