Good Value for Versatile Display
We have a home office that doubles as a guest bedroom. I bought this as a dual-purpose computer monitor for when I work from home and as a TV display for any guests who’d like to watch a show in the room. So far, I’ve been pleased overall with the product and its value.As a computer monitor, I’ve been pleased with the picture quality, and the array of ports has enabled me to dispense with a docking station that had been cluttering my desktop. (The USB ports haven’t been playing nicely with my USB video camera, but that could be user error on my part.) The display is a bit large and imposing when looking at it across a standard-depth (28”) desk, but it isn’t inordinately distracting. I still prefer a dual-monitor setup overall, but because the display is so large, I can easily work with two or more windows on the single display.As a TV display, I’m satisfied with the picture quality for the price. No one would confuse this with an OLED display, but I didn’t pay for an OLED display. I connected the display to an AppleTV, and when someone wants to use the monitor as a TV display, the AppleTV remote controls the display seamlessly.As for the speakers, I’m content with them when using the display as a computer monitor, but I’m not content with them when using the display as a TV. They’re distractingly “tinny” and you need to turn them up pretty loud to hear them from the guest bed. I bought some Bluetooth headphones, and they have worked nicely with the display. This isn’t really a complaint, as I didn’t expect superb-quality speakers at this price point.My two relatively minor gripes about this product, which I’d think could be remedied at the current price point, are these:1. I wish the display’s base / stand were more versatile and could be raised, lowered, and swiveled. I paid for accessories that enable me or guests to do this.2. I think the remote could’ve been designed better. For instance, it doesn’t have a mute button, and it has a bunch of buttons that are specifically dedicated to streaming platforms that I rarely use. This isn’t a huge deal for me, because as mentioned above, I connected this to my AppleTV and can use its sensible and efficient remote.I give this five stars not because I think it’s perfect, but because I think it’s a very good value for my specific purpose at this price point.

One of the best monitors you can get for this price based on performance/specs
Amazing value for the specs. Looking at other monitors for this price you can’t get these specs for the same price. The colors are great out of the box and the OSD is clean and simple to use. Putting the monitor together only takes to steps and was very easy. The design itself is clean and the build quality is great. The base and the mount of the monitor is really sturdy. My first time buying from KTC. Downsides are it has no built in speakers and at times. Rarely notice any ghosting.

If you like being frustrated, this is the unit for you
I hate this “Smart TV”. Any TV with a remote in addition to a keyboard and mouse is a set up to fail. I bought 2 of these units to duplicate my previous setup. I am so frustrated!!! I’ve been in the software development biz for 40+ years and never encountered anything OS so poorly organized. All I wanted was hi-res monitor. It took me most of a day pressing remote buttons to figure out how to accomplish this. You MUST use the remote for setup and fight Google TV, buttons, the random motions of the handheld remote and more. The there is no usable user documentation.The monitor doesn’t shut off in an expected manner. Press the on/off button, the display goes dark but then turns itself back on. All the settings seem to disappear when you turn it on again. I had to disconnect the power cord to ensure it was off. Impossible to use 2 monitors together, the remotes do not have different ID’s. So try to work with one TV, the remote controls both of them. How frustrating is that?

Me gustó mucho este monitor , puedo ver Netflix o cualquier otra app de películas , la primera vez que lo compré me llegó malo, me tocó esperar casi 15 días para que me regresaran el dinero , lo pedí de nuevo y este si me llegó bueno, y valió la pena la verdad, tengan en cuenta que si usan Mac para que el monitor llegue a 60hz deben usar un cable displayport , ya que con el Hdmi que trae el monitor solo llega hasta una taza de 30hz , yo compré el cable y ahora si funciona genial, hasta ahora todo ok recomendado , un poquito complicado cuadrar colores y luces pero con calma se puede

I spent a lot of time choosing a 32” tv for my RV, finally settled on this one even though higher priced than most.when it arrived (well packaged) I hooked it up and expected the usual processes to go thru for my streaming apps. WOW, Google required so much information and screening to accept me it was crazy! Since when buying a tv does it require you satisfy the manufacturer before being allowed to use it? Well I went thru all the hoops got to streaming great picture,good sound unplugged the rv for a move and fired up the tv and have to start all over again.Asked me about 3 different occasions what my google password was after having given correct response each time.Now asking for pin # and don’t understand the method to supply it.Wow
