Great camera system and support.
I like how clear the picture is and that the resolution is realy good. The cameras were easy to install and set up the NVR. the NVR has lots of great features I like that you can pan and tilt the cameras. I also like the color night vision as well as the infra-red night vision over all. The cameras are great. I had a problem with one camera and the NVR but when I contacted the company, they responded quickly to resolve the issue. Great customer suport.

Nice system and support, love the auto tracking
Setup and installation was good, fast delivery, customer support has been prompt and willing (thanks!). Images seem fine, I like the remote pan and tilt and auto tracking (lots to configure), manuals are always tough to share knowledge and may benefit with examples, I’ve done my share of tech writing and it’s always tough). Color night views required secondary light or camera lights always on, I don’t know yet how to set them to switch on the lights only when triggered.All in all, I like the system and support.

Good system except that 1 of the 6 cameras didn’t work. When I contacted customer service they were very quick to respond with trouble shooting suggestions. When the suggestions didn’t work they were very quick on getting me a replacement and they kept me informed regarding availability and shipping. Set up and installation was good, fast delivery, customer support has been prompt and willing (thanks!). I love the quality of the cameras. They look so clear. Checking them on my phone is really easy to see and easy to monitor them. I can also zoom in more and then actually see more than expected. I actually love the outcome and the functionality of the cameras. I do recommend them.

Home Security System Made Easy
Installing this security camera was incredibly easy. Everything was up and running within minutes. It took me longer to decide where to place the cameras. In my case, we installed them on the four corners of my house to monitor weather conditions while I’m away.Moving the cameras around on the box or through the app is fantastic. You can easily record with either option, and playback for anything you missed is just a click away.

Simple system
Writing this review as I’m setting it up, the video seams good, the 2way is off. I can hear just fine but when I go to talk to someone thru the camera I sounds like Darth Vader to them. I’m not sure if there is some setting but I did play the the audio in from my phone but it’s not quite there. I have one camera that doesn’t want to stay connected. I need to get it replaced.Update 11.14.2024I have two cameras that go offline often. I have to reset the system to get them working again for a couple days and then they go offline again. I tried calling support and they would not help. I paid a good chunk of change for these to not have them all working all the time.Update 3.12.25Still same issues Cameras turn on and off, I have all 6 cameras on but right now only 4 are showing up on the app. And when I log right into the box shows the same only 4 cameras. But when I walk outside in front of the cameras I can see that they are on and moving (I have Tracking on) so I don’t know what the issue is. But still no support, they don’t reach out. What crappy customer service.

Good price for an excellent product!!!
I have set up a cctv in our manufacturing plant but with a branded cctv. I wanted to setup another one in our house but I don’t want to spend so much money with the same brand we’re using in our plant. So I checked on amazon and found this product..At first, I was hesitant but maybe worth of try since it have a good reviews.When I received the product I tested it right away. And I was surprised that this product has the same powerful features as we have on our plant cctv. There three ways you can view the cameras.First is the monitor connected to the NVR, second is through webpage so you can view it to your laptop or pc. Just make sure to have the same subnet with your NVR NIC. Then the last one is through CP App that you can view your cameras online wherever you are.The only thing I was concerned was the sound coming from the hard drive like I have read in some of the reviews. Hopefully they could fixed it. It is working but cannot guarantee it will last.

OK guy’s, I am 71 years young, no IT knowledge. Just basics. Mobile phone, e-mail and web search. Purchased this set on March 18th. I am in Toronto, but I purchased this to take to Europe. When I received cameras and NVR, I wanted to make shure everything works before I take it to Europe. I connected ALL CAMERAS AND NVR in Toronto. Firstly this camera set up was extremely EASY to install! I made a mistake on one thing (didn’t follow instructions, my fault) . Contacted Hiseeu customer support via e-mail. Response to my email was quick and explanation was clear. Problem fixed. Quality of video is awesome! Everything worked perfect. Now I have completed installation in Europe (230V) and everything is working perfect. Hope you find this helpful.

Superior Surveillance System. I like how fast the service is. Even when contacting the customer service. They were very quick and helpful. I bought the 6 cam 5MB system. It is very great. The pictures are very clear. Video recording is wonderful. Dynamic movement of the auto tracking feature is awesome. Very large storage NVR of 3 Tera is superior. Strongly recommend this system. You can expand it easily up to 16 Cam.

This is an amazing Poe camera system. So far the best. I have two other cctv from Hiseeu at my two other restaurants . They both are wifi cameras with cctv. I. Was little hasitating buying Poe cam thought it will be hard to set it up but I was proven wrong . The setup was a breeze and quality of the camera A1 given the decent price. Will definitely buy again for my other businesses now onwards Poe cctv system.
