Easy setup, really good technical support, very cost effective… a complete win!
I had an interesting use case. We have a California 2-car garage, meaning 2-cars fit but only if they’re parked close together if you expect to open the driver’s door. Back one car in; drive the other in front first.It was a bit stressful pulling in. I thought of putting up a mirror, but it wasn’t practical in all light and the mirror wouldn’t show what was needed both as the front-first car pulled in AND as the car got fully inside.So I looked at security cameras. I bought the FT2 and put it up about 7 feet off the floor looking straight down the middle of the garage. Setup was straightforward (apart from a couple user-error issues… make sure it’s connected to a plug with power).The app works very well. I pull into the driveway, open the garage door with the remote opener and drive in “by wire.” I’m actually looking at my phone in landscape orientation, position the car and then creeping in. There’s a half second delay between a car movement and seeing it on the phone, which is not a lot.It’s the killer app for me. Otherwise, my wife had to come out and spot me. For those thinking I’m a terrible driver, I’m not. But pulling one expensive car 6 inches from another expensive car–where mistakes are paid in full–requires a high degree of certainty.And of course there are other benefits. Is the garage door closed? (Who hasn’t second-guessed themselves?) And it has a motion alert… a burglary alarm when we’re away.Faleemi support was also excellent. I asked a couple questions and clear answers came back within 24 hrs written in actual English. The 2K resolution is more than good enough for my purpose.A total win at an unbelievably low price.

Great Product, Great Price, Easy to Setup and Use
First, I am a Faleemi camera user with several other versions, some that have been in operation continuously for several years. So, I started with this camera with a lot of good experience with Faleemi.This camera is phenomenal in its picture quality and features. It will follow anything that is moving and has the ability with built-in LED and infrared lighting to do so in the dark as well as it does in a lit-up room. This camera is designed to be outdoors and mounted to a flat surface. I live in a condominium where such exterior attachments are not allowed. So, I found another location to use it inside my apartment.The setup time was all of about 5 minutes. The instructions were dead on, and the thing practically sets itself up. There are 2 options to get connected with the Faleemi Cloud application pre-installed on my Android tablet. One option is to have the camera scan a QR code that is displayed on the tablet, or by a soft-AP, which sets up the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection via Bluetooth. I used the software AP and was set up and connected almost immediately – extremely user friendly.I am using this camera as a security device, which it is designed to be. Based on my experience I would recommend this camera for even the non-techy – you do not need an engineering degree to use this camera!

This New Model Repositions Downwards Every Few Days
I purchased two of these new model Faleemi outdoor 2K WiFi Security Cameras, replacing 2 of my 3 older faleemi cameras that I had. The picture quality is much better. However, I’m having problems with these 2 new model faleemi cameras… every 5-6 days I find the cameras in a very rotated position and pointing straight down at the ground. This happens whether I have intelligent tracking on or off. When this happens, I am unable to reposition from my iphone, the only way that I can fix the camera’s position is to get the ladder out and reposition to the correct position manually. Once I manually reset the position (with ladder) to the correct the position, I am able to adjust from my iphone again. This new model is a lot of work.

Bang for $$
Cameras work, I’ve used these for about a year or so, wish they would update the app, it keeps crashing. I’d recommend them I I have 4 cameras total and can view all 4 at the same time on a pc, but like said the app always crashes causing me to always restart the app.
