Q: Does work with a Comcast/Cable/Verizon/Xfinity/Spectrum/Fios remote?
A: You have to use two remotes; Use the Feihe remote for volume countries and to turn it off. Use your Comcast/Cable/Verizon/Xfinity/Spectrum/Fios remote control for everything else,the network providers do not recognize the manufacturer.Model number of TV was not able to be found.
Q: How to use the antenna with Feihe 19 inch tv?
A: It all depends on your local reception and where the TV is located in the house（Closer to the window works better）in order to pick up a signal. Use an indoor antenna, but only receive several channels if you live close to mountains and have poor reception without a dish or cable. Other areas, with an antenna are more successful. When the signal is strong the picture is good!
Q:TV not compatible with our cable TV provider?
A: First: The cable box needs to support the CEC function
Second: Then the cable box should be set to open the CEC function
Third: TV under HDMI channel, select MENU->OPTION->HDMI CEC->Select the last DeviceList, search for CEC support
Search for the channel, then use Feihe’s remote control to remote control the TV box.
Q: What if the TV speaker does not work, the screen is broken (or Black / Blue Vertical Line), or the remote control does not work?
A: Please contact the seller in time.

Kitchen Perfect!!
We were in need of replacing our kitchen tv an found not many choices among the major brands, LG,SAMSUNG,ROKUO etc,etc. we needed to fill the complete cabinet space. We also wanted to do Rokuo and eliminate one remote but smallest was 24″ We took a chance with this 22″. Perfect. Put my handyman hat to shorten legs. We love it. It came well packaged. what puzzle’s us was took 5 days to get here an depot is only 50 miles from us. Oh well worth the wait. Highly recommend , as I said love it . Thanks again Amazon

I like that it runs on 12volts
I have this mounted in the kitchen. Works great so far. Nice that it is 1040 resolution as many smaller TVs are not. Audio is acceptable. I suppose I can also run it on a 12volt battery in an emergency.

It gets the job done for my Camper
I returned the first one and asked for a replacement. The first one the screen would not come on. The replacement came 2 days later. Love Amazon. This TV works and gets the job done. It is used in my camper. I use it for movies only through the HDMI cable. Good picture . I hooked up a speaker to hear clearly. For the money it is worth it if it last.

Impossible to set up
I needed a way of hooking it up to my TV box, but no such line was supplied. These Feihe TVs are designed to work with an antenna, not a cable box (contrary to the ad here), The booklet that comes with the set offers only the most scanty instructions, and the “tech support” listed on its cover doesn’t exist. Amazon’s customer service couldn’t have cared less, and of course I returned the TV. This was an infuriating experience.I ended up going to Best Buy, where I bought a 19″ TV for $60; one-third of what I paid for this one. Bottom line: Everyone seems to want a HUGE TV. Finding a small one isn’t easy!

We purchased this small TV for our seasonal RV. The TV had to be of a certain size. The chairs we use to view the TV are quite far away. The picture on the TV is amazing. Bright and clear. Sound quality is excellent as well. I would recommend this TV.
