Not a true smart TV
This TV is terrible. I specified a “smart” TV and thought whatever streaming app that I wanted would be available. Not the case, obviously the support rep doesn’t speak English so no help there.

DO NOT BUY THIS TV.
Not a good purchase. This tv is not smart like others that you can use simple up, down,left and right navigation via the remote. Instead they torture you with the tiny mouse arrow that you can hardly see. Moving the mouse cursor with the remote from almost any distance is very hard as it moves slow also. Do not buy this TV. As someone else stated in the reviews, the only good thing was the package that made it easy to send back..

Small 20″ Smart TV for kitchen shelf
The brand was “unknown” by several technicians who came to install it with new Fiber internet carrier. Had to make several calls to make it work. The TV remote is way too big…Colors and sound not great but couldn’t find any other brand for the size needed for the space.

run don’t walk
What a difficult piece of garbage, called tech support, wanted payment in advance. loaded several apps, played great, sound and picture were terrific, BUT when turned the TV off went off for a while and came back later, navigation was most difficult. loading passwords is extremely difficult and very time consuming. Tried for two days and finally threw the towel in and sent it back. I would give it a half star it that was possible. if your tethered it may be a great TV.

Avoid This TV at All Costs
This was an impossible TV to try to set up and operate as a smart TV. Almost none of the installed apps were worth anything and the ones we tried to install, such as Hulu, were rejected by the operating system. This TV is not worth the purchase price or the headaches of trying to make it work. The one star I’m giving it was for packaging – it made the return easier.

Easy setup for wiFi and antenna
Nice picture, works well 12 vdc or 110 acMounted to bulkhead on a boat great picture with small antenna!Plenty of washers and bolts to install.

Very difficult to navigate
I returned this. It struggled to recognize the wifi. It was clunky. The platform was horrible to navigate and I never could get it to toggled between channels without a huge hassle. Ick.
