Q: Does work with a Comcast/Cable/Verizon/Xfinity/Spectrum/Fios remote?
A: You have to use two remotes; Use the Feihe remote for volume countries and to turn it off. Use your Comcast/Cable/Verizon/Xfinity/Spectrum/Fios remote control for everything else,the network providers do not recognize the manufacturer.Model number of TV was not able to be found.
Q: How to use the antenna with Feihe 19 inch tv?
A: It all depends on your local reception and where the TV is located in the house（Closer to the window works better）in order to pick up a signal. Use an indoor antenna, but only receive several channels if you live close to mountains and have poor reception without a dish or cable. Other areas, with an antenna are more successful. When the signal is strong the picture is good!
Q：TV not compatible with our cable TV provider?
A: First: The cable box needs to support the CEC function
Second: Then the cable box should be set to open the CEC function
Third: TV under HDMI channel, select MENU->OPTION->HDMI CEC->Select the last DeviceList, search for CEC support
Search for the channel, then use Feihe’s remote control to remote control the TV box.
Q: What if the TV speaker does not work, the screen is broken (or Black / Blue Vertical Line), or the remote control does not work?

Greet tv for kitchen and works with fire stick
Hesitant at first because so many negative reviews but this tv works perfectly with the fire stick. The tv remote is immediately synced to the fire stick when plugged into the hdmi port (need to buy a $5. Extension cord). The tv remote will control everything….the fire stick remote is redundant since the tv remote does control on/off, volume, and a full menu of sound, picture, time setting and more that I’ve yet to discover.

Limited firestick usability despite page’s description
The description shows an Amazon FireStick as an option. I have one and plugged it in, then switched input to HDMI. So far, so good.But then I tried to pair it up with the TV so I could use the FireStick power on/off and volume buttons the way I do my other sets. No IR code was found. I sent the vendor an email and they said to use the TV remote for on/off and volume/mute and use the FireStick for everything else. They sent me a JPG that showed a 4 digit (hex) code, but the FireStick setup only allows digits 0-9Also, the volume is quite low. I had to buy external speakers that use the headphone port. I happened to have USB based speakers that work on my laptop, but they didn’t work on this TV.My other issue is that the Menu gives very few options for customizing the screen. I find it to be way too bright and there’s no way I could find to turn it down enough to help.The best thing I can say about it is that it is available. It is very hard to find 19/20 inch TVs with a center stand (a few come with legs that stick out farther than the edges of the TV). The cabinet I keep that TV in won’t take anything larger.

Reception
This 19 inch TV is the size I needed but the Reception is not so good. Will not pick up the VHF station about 16 miles away. I purchased a larger indoor antenna with out results.Jimbo

Clear sound and good picture
This is a great small TV. The sound is much clearer than most and the color is bright and doesn’t look distorted like so many.

No Closed Caption or independent audio out.
I could not get Closed Captioning to work and gave it a 1 star which I now change to 4.. I’ve discovered the problem. In trying to program my cable remote to the TV (unsuccessfully) I apparently reset my cable box to captions off. Captions now work.Also, the audio out jack cannot be controlled via the menu. if plugged in for our hearing impaired viewer, sound is cut for all others. An optional audio out like an optical connector would be nice to have.I, too, had trouble with the remote. The remote cover does not hold the batteries very snugly and they lose contact. I added a filler inside the cover to provide a more secure fit.The manual says an AV cable is “supplied” though it is not list ed as “in the box” and I received none.I found the sound from this TV to be a bit louder than the Sanyo it replaced and it works well in my kitchen environment.
