This is my second camera system from HISEEU. The first one gave me great service for many years. I decided to upgrade to this one and give the old one to my brother. This one worked fine for about 8 months. A problem arose with the system, I contacted Tech support and they were very quick to respond to the issue. They provided me with the part and step by step instructions on how to remedy the situation. I am not very mechanically inclined nor am I very tech savvy. If I can do it anyone can.I could not ask for better tech support. HISEEU will always be my first choice when I’m in need of another system.

Great Camera System
This is the second system that I have purchased, the 1st 4 years ago, it has worked great , however wanted to expand the number of cameras and was limited to 8 channels on the old system. Got the new system on sale which I think was good value for money.It was easy to sync the old cameras to the new NVR following the instructions. The video quality is very good and also the night IR mode. There is motion detection but still fine tuning it to reduce the number of false alerts.It is also worth mentioning that the cameras connected wirelessly with the NVR but they do need to be plugged into a power outlet.

Good quality and reasonable price
I have a small business. The previous owner had a lot of wires in the store, and I spent a lot of time organizing them. So I was determined to purchase a camera system with fewer wires. I looked at Sam’s Club and Costco, but nothing was a good fit for me. Then my husband found the Hiseeu camera system on Amazon. They are wireless (WiFi), and the video quality is high-definition. They only need to be connected to power, and I can view live footage and playback on my phone. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable! I highly recommend them.

The first thing I noticed was the NVR sounded like something was loose
I read through the reviews and still decided to take the chance. The overall rating was very high, although there was some very concerning ones in there that were 1 star. The first thing I noticed was the NVR sounded like something was loose. I looked closer at the front left side of the NVR. It looked all scratched up and used. It did not have a new appearance. The right side had the plastic on it covering the firstrend logo and power/record indicators. It was peeled off at the edges too. It did not have a new look. This started to make me a little sketchy. Mouse and mouse pad were new. Instruction booklet looked used. Sucked like everyone said. One of the camera power cords was zip tied from being repackaged. I went to hook up the VGA cable, and one of the bolts on the back of the NVR for it was loose. While inspecting the NVR a little closer I realized that 2 of the bolts for the hard drive were not even tightened down. You could see the excess threads protruding down through the bottom of the NVR. That was the sound of something loose I heard when I removed it from the box. To top everything off, when I set up the system online with Denale, It synced the NVR to someone else’s email. Why you may ask? Because it was already sold and returned. I spent $629 for the 1080p 8 camera setup. I almost forgot to mention that the power and record lights would not even light up on the NVR.I wanted a brand new system. They seem to take returns and cobble together systems to resell. They get thrown in the mix. They obviously sell new systems and they are good. They tried to pass the buck on me. Buyers beware

Dependable System
I previously had an earlier version of this Hiseeu system with 8 cameras. These cameras are outdoors running 24-7 in all types of weather ranging from below “0” to open sun baking at over 100 degrees. I recently upgraded to this newer version, including using new 10 cameras. The Hiseeu system is a quality product with amazing results! This newest system is even better with much more “user friendly” capabilities. These newer cameras can do so much in delivering a terrific result. Having used this company’s cameras and NVR’s for almost six years, I can highly recommend their product! You won’t be disappointed.

This is a great system for the security of home and business. Setting up the camera and the system is easy. The Wireless system works great and pushes immediate notification of any motion to the phone immediately. The wide angle lenses of the cameras are excellent and provides crisp images on the Screen that comes with the system. The night vision of the cameras are great and can be adjusted to color vision and emission of bright led lights from the camera at each motion detection.

I purchased this unit last summer, installation was very simple and easy to set up, cameras are great quality.I recently had an issue with the recording and customer service helped me solve the problem quickly, everything was fixed within a week.I recommend to anyone who wants to keep an eye on their stuff.

Simple to install and adding to our cell phones was a piece of cake! Delivered next day. Clear pictures. Can be expanded which is a great option! Patch cord, mouse and screen came with this as well. Well worth the money spent (which was very very reasonable)
