Amazing system and great peace of mind
We have had this camera system for over a year now and we are pleased. We have it on every angle of our home. We have had to assist neighbors when their cars or packages have been taken. It’s been a relief to be able to also use the app when we are away from the home. Super easy set up as well. We have been able to connect to our network extender since our modem is in another part of the house and it has been connected great. We appreciate the over night system updates when they come. Super pleased. We reached out once and support was super responsive and helpful!You won’t regret purchasing!

Great all around deal
Great deal. I had never heard of Hiseea before this purchase. The 4k cameras are great. This set has not only 8 but you get a little more cable compared to others. 60ft cables seems normal when you shop around. This came with four 100ft cables and four 60ft cables. This set has an extra TB of storage for a total of 3TB. Family got their cameras for $100 each. $800 camera total. Still needed storage. I got this set around $400 including the hard drive storage. It clicked a bit but now is normal and passed the tests on software. Email support has been helpful and gave me some troubleshooting tips. I didn’t do cuz it’s ok now. Nice being able to pay with Affirm. Easy monthly payments make this already affordable price an even better deal. Play with the software. Be sure to start local recording after plugging in each camera . Left click and a menu pops up. You’ll find it there. That and instant playback. Also zoom. Use scroll wheel to zoom easier. OSD is on screen display to name camera. Video shows zoom and then I did an instant playback to see vehicle pass by again. I left white light on in smart illumination. Puts on small lights and nighttime has color. I like it better than the normal green grey look.

Overall Works good but 1 of 4 cameras already quit working
Has worked pretty good until about a week ago 1 of the cameras quit working. It’s all black in the connector almost like it fried itself out for some reason. Setup was not too difficult to figure out. Video quality is good until you zoom in then it gets pixelated

Great product
Get product and even better customer service. Product was easy to install and the App is pretty easy to use. I had a few questions that were addressed with customer service and they answered within 24 hours and were able to walk me through everything. I would recommend this product to everyone who needs 24/7 security cameras. Picture quality is clear too.

Great cameras, easy setup
I did a lot of research on a number of security camera systems. Hiseeu matches the specs of the best of competing systems at nearly half the price. The system came efficiently packaged and protected. All the items needed for setting up the cameras were included. Make sure you look through all the boxes first – I thought they missed the power cord, but they didn’t. The manual takes you through step-by-step instructions that were easy to follow, but it helps if you are comfortable working with software and computers. The only thing you will need to setup and test the cameras is your internet router with an available Ethernet connection and a monitor. They even provide a mouse for navigating the menus on the NVR. I did find out that the cameras have a boot time, so after you first plug-in the camera to the NVR, it will not register for about 30-40 seconds. There was only minimal delay between activities sensed by the camera and when the NVR displays the same activity on the monitor. It was a half second or less. So far I’m very happy with the solid construction of the cameras, the quality of the video, and the ease of setup. I am also particularly impressed with all the software functions that come with the camera for setting up zones, activity alerts, people detection, etc. All the features they describe on the website are there and they work. Prior to purchasing these cameras, I had some exchanges with their technical support to get answers to some of the questions I had about their specifications. They answered quickly, provided excellent answers, and even informed me about software updates I could get that would provide some of the technical capabilities I was looking for. The company is aggressively pursuing this market and constantly innovating and updating their product, so I am confident that it will stay current for a long time. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an reasonably priced home security system.

I was a bit hesistant at first because the of the low price, bur ended up trying it out anyways. So far it has exceeded my expectations. I installed this for a friend’s parents as a gift and overall the picture quality, night vision and build quality is better than my reolink 420 series cameras which are 2k res. The user interface is also modern and easy to use as compared to the typical 2000s interface on my reolink. Setup was simple and everything worked right out of the box, even when the cameras were connected to a poe switch in the garage and then into a wireless repeater with the main box inside the house. We had no networking issues and the box was able to locate all the cameras via the IP addresses. Super neat. I highly recommend this. Might just switch out my reolink to a 4k hiseeu in the next couple of years.

Terrible. Most of the features like human tracking, vehicle tracking do not work. 2 out of 4 cameras lost night vision within a month. Hiseeu did send me 2 replacemts which was nice. The alarms go off for no reason,.like wind, etc. this past week I lost a third camera it just completely died. Can’t reset it, doesnt turn on at all. Honestly these have been just a pain in the butt.

Bought these cameras because they were a great price and have features which are comparable to cameras that are much more expensive. The cameras were easy to install, have good video quality and night vision. The fog lights on them work well too.The app is a great feature to have as well. You can modify the quality of the feed from the app and playback. Overall very happy with the purchase

Love the system, image quality is great! Love the fact that it records on a hard drive inside the house. Had an issue with one of the cameras and contacted the seller which answered quickly and did some troubleshooting with me. Turns out the system was faulty and send me a new unit which now works flawlessly. Very satisfied with their product and support.
