Unexpectedly French but good
It’s a good microwave. Heats really evenly, very efficient. I love the reminder beep for when you forgot you microwaved something. I like the quick start buttons but do wish I could set odd times like 15s. Maybe I can, but there’s a language barrier and no manual. For some reason, my keypad is in French and I didn’t get an instruction manual. Nevertheless, it’s a great microwave

Perfect…not to big….not to small…for my small kitchen….cooking watts just right…and it continues to beep till you take out your food …and the noise level is perfect…put shelving on top for spices.

Received the wrong model
I ordered the stainless model for my mom and had it sent to her house. The good reviews and the pull handle door are why I ordered it…she wanted the pull handle type. What I received was a similar model (RMW1178-B) that does not have a pull handle. Besides that being aggravating, if you lightly press on the button to open the door the microwave will power up and run as long as you hold it. I looked in the manual to see if this was an intentional feature, but found nothing about it. My mom said it works good, but I’m wondering how long that will be with the opener doing that.

Horrible product.
I purchased this unit in June 2023 and by August 2024 it has stopped working completely and is all around a piece of junk. Called the company and they gave me the 1yr warranty speech. I guess they only make the products to last until the warranty period runs out. Stay away from this company and product. A complete waste of money and time. Shame on them

Much needed
Had a microwave that was just 4 yrs old, the bottom started pelling away, did not understand why. It was a good brand name. Still worked but was afraid too use it.

Not what I expected
This microwave showed a handle in the picture, but the one I received had a button to open it, not a handle. You have to press STOP or it won’t open the door. Other microwaves I’ve owned will automatically turn off if you open the doors while it’s running. This one… you have to press stop or the door will not open. Not Happy Birthday with this purchase.

Love it!
This is definitely not for tight spaces. You need some room for it, but it quickly cooks food. I have only had good experiences with it. Please clean as you go. It will keep it alive longer.
