I definitely recommend this microwave! First, the heating speed is very fast and the food can be heated up in a few minutes. The microwave is also the perfect size to heat up leftover meals. When using the microwave there is barely any sound which is wonderful.

Broken internal turn-table part after 3 weeks
Well, microwave worked pretty well for about 3 weeks (I did get really loud some of the time – like it was working SUPER hard mid-heating) but otherwise cooled fairly well for this size microwave. We redid our kitchen and went away with the over-the-range one we had that worked super well. Regretting that a bit now because now this microwave started making loud, clicking noises when on. Looked and could see it was the turn table seemingly getting stuck on something down inside the bottom of the microwave. Took the turn table out and pulled the little thing the turntable sits on out. Can’t see anything that I can do anything about that is wrong. Seems to be an internal part. Will update if customer service is any help but as of now the return window closed 5 days ago. Of course it did. 🤦🏼♀️ Will be surprised if GE replaces but will definitely follow up if they do.

The numbers and functions need to light up.
The display on the GE microwave only shows the time. The numbers and functions are not lit up. Which makes the ease of use difficult and irritating.
