1. What can I do if the HDMI port cannot work?
a. Please ensure that the USB C port on the host device supports video output.
b. Check if you have chosen the correct input source on the monitor and lower the resolution to see the result.
c. Re-plug the HDMI cable and try the hub with another monitor.
2.What can I do if the USB ports disconnect?
a. The Max output power of the USB ports is 2A. The total power consumption of the USB devices should be within 2A. For 2.5inch HDD/SSD, we suggest connecting up to two 2.5” 1TB HDD/SSD at once.
b. Please do not plug into/out the PD charger when using the hub.
c. Connect another USB device to the port for a try.)

Great product. I wish the power usb c could be used for a device.
I use this every single day with multiple other similar devices attached. I just wish the power inlet could be used at a usb c port. That’s the only reason I had to drop a star. I didn’t test at higher than 60fps but it handles 4k 60fps perfectly which I have had issues with other brands before.

really liking it so far. granted, i am only using it at the moment for two USB-A devices and nothing else, so i can’t and shouldn’t speak to the capacity of any other ports, but i can’t imagine there being any issues with them anyway. zero latency when used as a hub to plug in my midi controller to my new M4 pro mac mini. quality & finish are both really nice too. i like the brushed metal housing and braided cable. well worth the price if these are the ports you’re looking for to upgrade your USB-C only computer/iPad!

使いたい機能が全て揃っていて大満足です。初期動作確認のためあちこちに接続してみましたがどれも問題なく使えました。コンパクトなので使用しない時の保管も邪魔になりません。コードが頑丈そうで安心感があります。白色があったらいいのにな〜と購入前に散々悩みましたが、いざ手元に届くとスッキリとしたデザインでこれはこれで良しと思えました。

ESAnteriormente, usaba un hub USB de un mercado chino por 8 euros. Incluso tenía un conector RJ45 y me funcionaba perfectamente, siempre y cuando solo conectara un mouse y un teclado.Hace poco, pedí un monitor adicional pequeño para mi MacBook M1, y ahí fue cuando descubrí por qué estos hubs pueden variar tanto en precio. Al conectar el monitor, el hub barato no pudo soportar la carga: todo parpadeaba, y el mouse y el teclado se desconectaban y conectaban constantemente.Con el hub de UGREEN, todos esos problemas desaparecieron. Ahora tengo una configuración estable: la alimentación principal y la del monitor conectadas a través de dos puertos USB-C; el monitor conectado por HDMI funcionando a 60 Hz; y el mouse siempre conectado. Todo funciona a la perfección, con una respuesta excelente. Además, conecté un NAS externo de 4 TB al puerto USB restante – ¡perfecto! Las velocidades de transferencia de datos son sobresalientes, incluso con todos los puertos ocupados al mismo tiempo. La ausencia de un RJ45 no ha sido un problema; solo puedo imaginar necesitarlo si la tarjeta Wi-Fi del portátil dejara de funcionar.Accidentalmente pedí 2 piezas. El regreso fue bien. It even had an RJ45 connector and worked perfectly for me, as long as I was only connecting a mouse and keyboard.Recently, I ordered a small additional monitor for my MacBook M1, and that’s when I discovered why these hubs can vary so much in price. When I connected the monitor, the cheap hub couldn’t handle the load – everything flickered, and the mouse and keyboard kept disconnecting and reconnecting.With the UGREEN hub, all those issues disappeared. I now have a stable setup: power supply and monitor power connected via two USB-C ports; the monitor connected via HDMI port running at 60 Hz; and the mouse always plugged in. Everything works flawlessly, with excellent responsiveness. I also connected an external 4 TB NAS to the remaining USB port – perfect performance! Data transfer speeds are outstanding, even with all ports in use simultaneously. The lack of an RJ45 port hasn’t been an issue – I can only imagine needing it if the laptop’s Wi-Fi card stopped working.I accidentally ordered 2 pieces. The return went well. I took it to the collection point, scanned the QR code that was sent to me in advance and that’s it. I didn’t print anything.
