Great addition for couples or group rides.
Works great. Charges last for multiple long rides. Fit and adjustability, great. Greatly enhanced our bike rides, no more shouting. The only thing that could be improved was if they created a visor for this model, even if it was an accessory that could be bought later.

    Super helpful!
This has been great for riding with my boyfriend! The person in front is able to call out stops, things on the road, etc. this should be essential for riding in groups imo!!

It is a good helmet, sound is good. Rear LED +
The helmet is built well. The directions need to be improved for binding and helmet to helmet linking. They have a good website to update firmware and register your helmet. Sound is good so is the range. I know $140 is hard to swallow but it is a good helmet and does improve safety with your other riders, can’t put a price on that . I like the rear flashing LED up high. Bike lights can be hidden by cars.

    Best helmet EVER!!!!
They look very sleek and fits perfectly on our head. Very lightweight. The quality of the helmet is top notch. Easy to connect to your Bluetooth and has many cool functions like the speaker to listen to music, intercom with the press of a button and flashing lights for day, nite or steady. We absolutely love it. Put it in the cart, a great value for the money.

    Great for communicating
Bought a pair of these so my wife and I could converse while bike riding. They work great and we are very happy with them.

    Sena helmet is trash
This helmet is junk. I spent a bunch of money on a helmet for my wife and myself so we could communicate while cycling. The controls are located on the BACK of the helmet, almost impossible to access while cycling. The rechargeable battery on both crapped out less than six months after purchase. I contacted sena to get a replacement under warranty, and after jumping through a bunch of hoops, they said I had to return them AT MY EXPENSE to get a replacement under warranty. Again, expensive junk. I will never purchase a sena product again, and I urge you to stay away from this trash.

    Work perfect
We were trying to use our phones to communicate while riding but it was a dangerous distraction and the call kept dropping. This is the perfect solution. We love them and recommend them 10/10.

Great for riding with a friend
Got a medium for me and a large for my husband. I had my doubts that it would fit his big head but they are very adjustable. Price is a bit steep but I saved by buying used. Sound quality for calls is excellent; somehow there is no wind noise, unlike what I’ve experienced with my regular Bluetooth headset. And being able to talk to my husband while we’re riding has been awesome both for keeping together and safety. When I ride alone I listen to podcasts and music and appreciate that I can hear traffic sounds fine along with my music. And I appreciate the flashing light on the back for safety.Pairing was challenging at first, probably because the helmets were used so they had probably been paired before. The directions were not the best; there was no mention of how to pair a second device which would have helped, but I figured it out. Once we got the intercom feature figured out we were sold. My un-techy husband even managed to answer a phone call on our first ride and was quite happy with the call quality, as the other party was not even aware that he was on a bike.Only 4 stars because of the poor directions and cost, and also because at this price they should be MIPS. But I would definitely buy again.

I decided to get this helmet as I wanted to listen to music whilst cycling and maintain a sense of my surroundings (having earphones in is just not a good idea, it’s incredibly unsafe). The speakers are located on the strap, so they are positioned near your ears but not on or in them; surprisingly delivers satisfactory results.Connecting to my phone was very straightforward and I have also linked it to the app where you can quickly turn on the LED on the back of the helmet (this is another nice feature to have).I can’t comment on the intercom feature as I don’t have anyone else to cycle with who also owns this helmet, but if it’s anything like their motorcycle intercoms, it’s safe to say it should be decent. And finally, this helmet is very comfortable! Easy to adjust, has a soft chin cushion and is super lightweight. All in all, I’m very pleased with my purchase.
