I’d give Rollo tech support 10 stars if I could
Rollo is awesome. They are the only label printer and labels I’ve used since 2018. Their tech support is fantastic. Yesterday, the Rollo all of a sudden was not printing labels. After reaching out to them, Francis responded to me via phone call within minutes. We did a remote connection so he could troubleshoot. Turns out the USB cable that goes from the printer to the computer went bad. Random, but thankfully an easy fix. I had a backup Rollo printer with a functioning cable so we just took that cable and plugged it in and voila. He also made sure my labels were printing properly. Turns out the old – vs new – Rollo driver was printing my labels out correctly so we left the default to the old driver. Back in business, many thanks and shout out to Francis! He’s the man.

Excellent
I love this little machine! I had to adjust some of the settings which Rollo explains in their set up tutorial- WATCH THE TUTORIAL! I read so many reviews about people’s stickers not coming out clear you have to adjust the depth in the computers settings it takes a few tries but you’ll get there. After playing with it my printer settings, it works incredibly. I use very thin print and small print on some of my baked goods labels and they come out fantastic. It is easy to use once you get used to it, just takes some time. I don’t have to go back and change fonts. This beats the $1,400K it was going to cost me on ordering direct. Highly worth the investment!

Absolutely essential if you’re selling toothless dentures like I am
When you’re mailing out a hundred pairs of premium gum-huggers a week, you can’t afford label drama. This Rollo printer? It’s the real deal. Fires out crisp, smudge-free 4×6 shipping labels like it’s printing money. No ink, no toner, no excuses.Setup was fast, even for a guy like me who still uses caps lock to yell at customer service. It talks to Amazon, Etsy, and my shipping software with no issues. I’m talking plug in, download driver, and boom — we’re spitting labels like a geriatric pit crew.If your business involves mouths or mailing, this thing pays for itself.

Great printer and their support is fantastic!
I print a LOT of labels for shipping purposes. This Rollo printer is easy to set up and easy to use. I had a small issue, I put in a support ticket and less than five minutes later Apple from Rollo CALLED ME! We did a remote session and she got me all fixed up. Wow, I am super impressed with their support!! If you are having issues, two things I learned: first, make sure the printer cable is going directly to your computer (I had mine on a USB hub). Also, use good quality labels.

Rollo works great
Works well and prints clear after following instructions. It was a bit pricey. But they offer 90% off shipping so we shall see how that goes. But over all great product and no problems yet

Best printer ever
I’ve had this for years now and it’s the best printer I have ever bought. Only struggle was setting it up but other than that it’s super easy to use. Just have to make sure whatever website you print from accepts 4×6 labels

Time will tell
Good upgrade from my previous Nelko printer. I ran 30k labels through my nelko in 4 months. It burnt out so people have told me to try the Comercial grade Rollo. So far I like it. It’s virtually identical to the Nelko, like down to nearly every screw and plug placement so I hope I didn’t just buy an over priced Nelko haha. Regardless from the start I found that it prints 100x faster than my Nelko, it also automatically lines up your labels and I believe automatically detects their size where Nelko did not do this. I don’t like how this is not wireless. You can buy printers for under $100 with wireless capabilities. Now I won’t hold it against rollo as it may truly be better than the rest. Time will tell. Other than that it’s a nice printer and does the job as it’s advertised to do.
