Really loved these for postpartum. The giant pads and mesh underwear from the hospital were good for the night and day after birth but once I got home, these were much more convenient. You can put tucks, peri foam, etc right on the pad inside. 10/10

I purchased the regular Always underwear after having my last baby, and they were not suitable for me as they were scented. These are not scented and a great product for a freshly postpartum body. I reordered these and wore them exclusively my first two weeks postpartum! Very easy to wear.

I got these to use after the birth of my baby. I like the feeling of being secure and not having to worry about getting leaks on my underware. I found these to be a comfortable transition to wear between the hospital stretchy hipsters and going back to regular underware. I didn’t even need the whole bag. Highly recommend if you want comfort and security after giving birth and don’t feel ready for your regular underware yet.
