Good solar 4g security camera
I reside in a very rural 10 acre heavily treed property. My driveway gate 300 yards from the residence. My only option was a 4g solar security camera. The challenge was getting a decent cell signal. The original camera I tried had short antennas and I barely got a single bar on the cell signal. I noticed the S600 had larger antennas so I tried it. Although not getting full bar signal I get 2 or 3 bars enough to use the camera effectively. The device was easy to install. Picture quality is very good even in SD mode. The app is easy to use as well. I am very happy with the camera

If you don’t have access to WIFI and need a security camera which you can monitor remotely I recommend this camera. It’s well made. I have 3 others and have never had any problems with those. The camera comes with a pre-paid 30 day activated SIM card. Afterwards I can continue with the SOLIOM data plan or chose my own. I’ll be adding the SIM to my present service. The camera is well made and hopefully it will last at least as long as my others have (3 years so far). The picture quality is excellent. Just follow the instructions included with the camera and you shouldn’t have any problem. I’m very careful to do so. The best part is that it’s solar powered. I love that feature!

S600 3G/4G Rock solid performance.
The Soliom S600 3G/4G should be on every video “best of” list. Camera functions are excellent. The $100 price is highly competitve and the unlimited data package under $15 month (annual payment) is hard to beat. We added the extra cord and solar panel hanger so we can move it more easily with the change of seasons. This review is early on but we like what we see!

T-Mobile SIM card not recognized
If you intend to buy the cellular data service version and use it with your own SIM card for a variety of reasons such as better coverage with your SIM card (T-Mobile, etc) or not willing to pay for overpriced data subscription offered via the sample SIM card that comes with the camera, please do NOT waste your time. The camera does NOT recognize T-Mobile SIM cards. Keep looking. Customer Service is non-existent. It takes days to reply to inquiries and they do not read input provided so they can tailor their response to the issue in question. Instead, you get copy and paste responses from the manual which I have already read before reaching out to the incompetent customer service team.

Great value
We just installed the camera today and it was very easy to set up. The picture quality is good and nice to have the ability to zoom in and pan around. The alerts have been useful to see any motion activity as well.

Battery lasts forever, I use it on my boat and it has yet to ever go below 100%. Recording is super easy, the video and camera quality is great and both the camera and app are incredibly user friendly.

We tested the camera in AustraliaWe happy with the product.Actually performed better than expectation.I can recommend it.The product had good specifications and appeared to be good quality.However not suitable for Australia. CORRECTION.First camera was sold incorrectly to my region.Soliom Tech support good involved and the correct camera was supplied.Second camera connected via 4G and is working correctly, just about to start bench test.

I am from Canada and tried 4 different sim cards. All of them have been band 4, 4g data sim cards.None would connect to the camera. The service I received was also horrible and there is no phone number to call.Horrible product and horrible company.

I ordered 4 cameras and I could not get 3 of them to work. I tried the same sim card in all 4 and would only work in one. I’m sure these work better in the states with the supplied sim cards but in Canada we need to add our own. Over all the camera works well but since I can’t get the others to work maybe don’t sell them to Canadians. this was the Soliom s600 3G/4G cellular camera.

It wants me to configure an APN no matter what I enter it won’t connect
