Received a used one
This is a pretty nice and of good quality. I’m a bit disappointed to have received to what looks like a used one. I forgot to take a picture before I put the light over it but it was as if they removed the light and tried to clean it off but it was still stained square of where the adhesive was. I paid $135 for it and then the next day after I bought it, it’s now $117 and it doesn’t say for sale. So I kind of feel like I got ripped off a bit. I don’t want any new parts, I’ve already set this one up. I just would like some of my money back for getting a used one. Other than that my plants really love it and the settings for it is very convenient

Damaged parts and plug
I bought this for the wife as a birthday gift. The box wasn’t damaged at all but the pieces inside where damaged. The plug for the grow lights came smashed with the prongs bent and one of the brackets was all bent and crooked and looked like someone did a really bad weld job on that bracket. Im not sure what happened but she went from very excited to extremely disappointed. Luckily we are very handy and fixed it ourselves instead of returning it because she really wanted this particular one and made the room for it already.
