Some tips for your smart TV with DVD Player
The remote control has 2 modes, Infrared (IR) and Bluetooth. To use the DVD player it is necessary to switch the remote control to IR mode. You can skip the Bluetooth pairing of the remote control during the initial setup or follow the steps below to switch the remote control mode.
1. Press HOME on your remote control,
2. Go to SETTINGS in the top right corner of the screen,
3. Scroll down to REMOTE AND ACCESSORIES,
4. Select the remote control from the list and unpair it.
5. Press the SOURCE button on the remote control and select DVD.

Picture is good. The remote is slow to react. The sound kind of sucks. And so far, I can’t see that it has blue tooth. It works for my intentions though.

Doesn’t start
TV looks nice, but it gets stuck at the android logo when turned on, so it is basically a nice looking brick. I contacted their support email and they haven’t responded, so returning. Did I mention Sylvox has a phone number for questions before sale, but not a phone number for support after sale? Yeah, that’s malicious.

Well replacement tv go here I went on rv trip and it don’t work
Had an issue with tv after a few months and customer service sent new tv went on first camping trip in rv and this 2nd tv quit working ??? This is too much we like to relax and watch tv at night before bed and this is the second time Sylvox has disappointed us just ridiculous a customer should have to go through this twice.

Help with DVD
Can anyone help get the DVD to work? It says no signal and getting any sort of help sucks! The remote says it is not on BT, the input is on DVD…and still no signal

This TV works good with a clear picture. It has both Cable standard TV mode as well as the popular Streaming apps like netflix , Prime etc. There is a built in DVD player as well as WIFI internet Modem that allows the streaming aps to function. The Cable connections allow RF as well as composite video and audio. The power source is both 12 V DC or 110 AC. One problem I have experienced is the TV often comes on when the power is interrupted. Another is the TV sometimes loses the Internet connection and requires a reboot (cycle the AC power off/on ) to restore it. The audio is adjustable but with Netflix it really isn’t great . Max volume and it still is hard to hear. There is no auto shutoff timer to allow shutoff should you fall asleep . (ie setting it for 60 minutes to shutdown) although you can set the date and time in the setup. Why I do not understand because it’s not used for any function nor displayed anywhere.

This was very easy to set up, I thought I would have issues based on some reviews but I was pleasantly surprised….was up and running in 10 mins. I love the small size and that it has a built in dvd player.

Only gave it 3 stars because the DVD player doesn’t work. Tried multiple discs and got a disc reading error every time. Other then that I really love the TV for our RV. Hooked it up through ARC to our RV speakers and sounds awesome (volume is low on its own). Picture quality is great for such a little TV. The 2nd HDMI output came in handy as we hooked it up to our PS4 so we could watch DVDs in the camper at night since the built in DVD player doesn’t work. If you’re looking for a RV tv with multiple hdmi & USB outputs, I recommend this TV. If you really want one that plays DVDs, you may want to skip this one to avoid disappointment.
