I purchased this product because the box clearly states Mac OSX 10.6 or later. I went to use it and nope not software compatible. I emailed customer service which took eternity and they said nope sorry. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND IMMORAL. I’m not eligible for a refund and have now lost time and money in this process. NEVER BUY FROM ADATA. Worst customer service you could imagine. They LIE on their products. Wrong. Just wrong.

El disco esta bien, todo funciona. llego rápido ( perdón!! aquí no tengo que hablar de eso!!) . me descargué el software para poder sacarle mas partido y no lo he entendido, Me ha liado… he tenido que descargar uno genérico que funciona muy bien.
